do not give it...I have not had a macy's card or account in over 25 yrs..they are callimng me to...having fun with them..never even talk to me or receive a penny from me.....

no not Legitimate calls.....I have not had a macy's card over 25 yrs..not going to get my attention or money. Just turn loud music in there ears or just click the phone dead....I can piss you off but if gets any worse I will just change the number or get rid of my main phone. good luck

I've called Macy's about this number auto calling and they claimed they removed my number from the list, twice now, and yet 3 minutes ago, 1 month later, I get another call.  Macy's is about to loose me as a customer after 18 years!

I get constant calls from this number. If I answer, No one is there. If I call it back from my cell instead of my home nukber, I get a recording that says the number is no longer in service! If I call back from my home, it rings once then nothing.... The calls are constant.

I am debt free....I had a macy's card some 25 years ago..changing my number period of shutting off main number and just have one phone...ha ha..they call 2 or 3 times a day and no one on it...so I CAN NOT rip them a new [***]..case close!!

called on july 4th multiple times and before 9am. Called them and asked to be removed. told it wad a robodialler. I told them this was illegal and they argued with me.

I called Verizon's unlawful call center and was given the suggestion to google the number which gave me this site.  This has been very helpful.  They keep calling numerous times a day.  When I pick up the phone they ask for my daughter who doesn't live here.  They want her phone number.  I don't know who these people are and will not give out any information.  My daughter is not past due to Macy's, in fact, they owe her money.  The unlawful call center also suggested I call my state's attorney general's office of consumer protection, which is my next step.

received numerous phone calls from Mason Ohio,513-754-9874 which I did not pick up (caller ID was not known to me. However, after days of these calls (several times a day) I decided to answer to find out who was bothering me. Caller identified herself as from Macy's to notify me that I needed to clear my account of unpaid charges and she could take my payment with a credit card over the phone. I knew I was current so and informd the caller that it was impossible and she ended the call.

This # shows up on caller id no answer when u pick up keeps calling 20 times a day.I think it is MACY'S.

I blocked the 8038 number on my phone, now got a call from the 9874 number. Blocked that one too. Told my husband that he was rude when he questioned who was calling. Macy's account current if that's what they're calling about.  Instead of letting the phone ring, I pick it up and hang up. Very annoying.

I traced this number directly to Sprint and then to Centurylink.  United Telephone Company of Ohio is the name of the company associated with this number, however, they were taken over by Sprint.  Then Sprint spun this company off to Embarq Local Operating Companies, and this company was then rebrand as Centurylink.  The information was located on the FCC webpage.

I have received multiple calls from this number I don't respond This has been on-going for months.They call all hours of the day and night.Yesterday they phoned five times. This morning (Saturday) I received a call at 7:AM  my time then again at nine oçlock' I dialed the number above 513 754 9874 to tell them I had NO business with them and to STOP I asked who they were and what they wanted they said they wouldn't reveal any info unless I gave them my phone number which I refused to do I aked to speak with a supervisor they disconnected me.The representative sounded like it was an outsource call center overseas perhaps India

I look at my caller ID, write the number down and then I block these numbers through my phone service. They are scammers and they use permutations of 513 numbers, all from Mason, Ohio.   They want your personal information.   Block the numbers or get a whistle and blow it into the phone when a live body answers.

They are abusing me by calling me 10 times a day

they are irritating. they call on the hour and never leave message. called them and told them that i had a payment scheduled and why doesn't their wonderful system see that? didn't have an answer. said that it is automated. told her to put a stop so that i'm not getting calls and said she can do that for 5 days. whoppie.

Harrassing phone calls for no reason.

I get these calls 5 times a day, 7 days a week, and from another number that is connected to Macy's, they say we are late with out payment, our payments are made on line a week in advance, that is the only company that gets our money late, all our bills are paid on line, this has been going on for over a year now.

What I want to know is how they got my cell phone #?!  I can't believe that I've ever given it to them as I don't give anyone my cell # and I normally don't even have it turned on!

I do not know who is calling me, but they call every hour.  When I answer the phone, a recording says " our operators are all busy now, please hold".  So I hold for a few minutes and get disconnected.

This caller is listed as private calls and calls and doesn't leave a message. If it is Macy's debt collector I am only a few days late and I have paid it online if they would only check!
