They call me at least once an hour..the odd thing is is that I am not late..what can I do?

A morning call and and 2 afternoon calls.  Caller left no message.  Caller ID say's only "Marion, OH"

Received several calls from 513-754-9874 phone number daily--no messages left or nobody talks

woow, these calls started 2 weeks ago,I get around 10 of them every single day... yes I own a credit card but neither at Macy's nor at Bloomingdales and the las time I went there was in October '09...

Yeah I'm overdue on my bill this month ,paid on time every time for years.I get a call every morning at exactly 834 am,then its one after the other all day.It appears from these comments that the call centers are out of country,also 95% of the clothes are made in other country's,so I'm asking myself why do shop at macys?I'm sick of the rest of the world making money off america's back."johnny"from india,I know my bills overdue,leave me alone.

ya they call me at least 5 times a day... i dont have a Macy's card but i do have a CareCredit card that is past due.  I think it is managed by GE Capital or something similar to that.  maybe Macy's is too...

I just started getting these calls today. Never owned a credit card from either store or ever stepped foot in one. It is against the law for credit compines to call repeatedly or to continue to contact you after written notification from you to stop. I had to do this in past from another company that had the wrong number and constantly called me. I have no luck with phone numbers. Anyway I would call the nuber on the back of your credit card, ask them for the address of thier headquaters and write them requesting no more contact and be sure to send it REGISTERED mail. If the calls continue report them.

Thanks for your long analysis. I get like 4 calls a day too from this number, but now I know that it's related to the problem I had with my Macy's card.

Just got my 1st call today.  Didnt answer.  I think I will next time and see what they have to say. I've paid my bills on time except for February - was 3 days late.  Made up payment already.  Even talked to some foreign guy last week about it!!   If they keep calling I will report them.  I am going to research the law now on collection calls!  Collectors can call, but cannot harass!  Perhaps if people start reporting them, when they have to pay heavy fines, maybe they will stop the harassment!  In the long run it  will only cost them more!!

Totally true. they call me like 15 times a day its insane I really dont have time for this.

I receive calls from this number all day everyday. I need for this too stop. I once identified this number as a cell phone.

I get these phone calls from this number-multiple times a day...i called it once and no one picked up and then they said they were macys..I was late on my payment and at both macys and bloomingdales but am now up to date on both.. the harassment calls need to stop-they call here and my cell phone and they never leave a message- its annoying and its harassment..

I too, have received several calls.  When my husband asked what the call was regarding, they told him. Y Macy's bill was overdue.  Of course my husband knew that was impossible.  They left an 800 number but I chose to call Macy's direct.  They  alidated the balance on my card was $0 - I've only used it five times in the past four years!  When I get calls like this, I place them in my Contact List as "don't answer" - they neve leave a message.

from the previous page this is a Macy's number. I do not have a Macy's account and do not appreciate being called daily for the past 4 or 5 days.

I get about 3 calls a day from this number and another 513 number which both come up as "OHIO" on my caller ID.  I never pick up, but the message on my machine is a recording asking me to "hold for the next operator."  

Seeing that it is Macy's/Bloomingdales is puzzling, as I do not have a card with either store!!!

I have a macys card that is 2 months past due for a grand total of $49.00. Yes, I do plan on paying it ASAP.. but right now is not an option. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that they call me approximately 6 times in a matter of 10 hours. I get a call on exactly 8:15am, 11:45am, 1:26pm, 3:50pm, 4:58pm, and 6:00pm. Also ,they will call from this number (513) 573-8038.

Denise, I have a zero balance and they have called me 6 times in 2 days.  They don't leave a message, and if you answer it the people don't speak english and a rude
