There are scam numbers - (513)754-9874, (513)573-8028, (513)754-9852, (513)754-9822 - calling me constantly claiming to be "Macy's". They are harassing me asking for personal information, acct#, social security# etc, which of course I did not give out.

I've called Macy's corporate and Macy's has confirmed that this number is a scam and not affiliated with Macy's.

I asked the scam people to remove me from their list and to stop calling but they continue to call multiple times a day. - This is against the law.
They are ruining Macy's good name and using the brand name to try and con people and do identity theft.

When you google the number you can see that there are other people in the country who are also being relentlessly harassed by this scam claiming to be Macy's.

Continue to get calls from this area code. I do not answer the calls becausr o do mot know anyone from yhere. Iy is very annoying.

This number has called me 15 times in the past 30 hours. They have yet to leave a message. I finally answered and there was no one on the other end of the call.

I see from this thread that this is Macy's but I don't even have a credit card with them and can't remember the last time I even shopped there. Very weird, very annoying.

Its Macy's...Apparently I have a past due payment. The"gentleman" on the phone couldnt speak english, nor could he hear or understand english.  BAH!!!

Plz stop calling me I am at work if you don't I will block you and now you got me mad and I won't pay you if you keep calling and harassing me

The same number has been calling my son's phone at all hours of the day and night at least 6 calls a day. No one in my household has a macy's credit card. This number needs to be reported

This is NOT Macy's!  DO NOT give out any information to them whatsoever! Macy's has confirmed this is no company affiliated with them and the number has been given to their Fraud Prevention Department. REPORT THE NUMBER! Whether or not you have an existing count with Macy's,  they would have your information on file and would not call you for information. The clown I did speak to and made aware that I've spoken to Macy's directly and reported them, and will take further steps to report their fraudulent, harassing behavior,  tried to get rude with me. He quickly discovered I am not the one to mess with. By all means, I dare them to call me again.

Called them back. It is Macy's (according to them). They asked me for my name and last 4 digits of my card.  I don't have one, but I gave them the phone number.  I asked them to give me the name of the person they were trying to reach at that number and they gave me a name I did not recognize.  I explained that the person they are seeking is not at this number, and asked them to remove the number from their records.  They were polite and said they would remove my numbers.   A  simple fix to a common problem.

They just called me first and then my wife,  she says they left her a voice mail but it was just a radio playing music in the background.

Not sure if it is Macy's or not, BUT if it is DANG!!! I haven't had a charge on my account in years. I finally charged something under way under $100 and my balance isn't due for another 10 days and i've already had 3 calls in 1 day....I haven't answered any of them and they have left no message. If they call again I'm gonna answer and have a little chat with them!!!!

the caller id said "CALL 3-4 TIMES"  so I figured it was some sort of scam… especially since that number hasn't called 3-4 times.  They program their ID to look like a text, which pushed my scam alarm bells right away.

They left no message - duh.

I don't have a Macy's credit card.  

they have been calling my home about 12 times a day.  Never anyone on the line the few times we've answered.  No caller ID info except 'Mason, OH'.  Now they are calling my cell phone.

This number is for call ins for next assignment only. Please stop calling the company. There is never a message or anyone on the line. Please stop or you will be dealt with to the full extent of the law.

Someone with an Ohio line is relentlessly calling at any hour.  They leave no message, they hang up when you newer.  This is nothing more than harassment.

This nomber keeps calling my nomber and  I don't get an answer when I pick up.

Its Macys.   I am done w/ Macys because of the call I got after my bill only being late by 2 days! They will not stop calling until a payment is made and then they even started sending nasty collection letters. The first CS rep I talked too got an ear full and I asked for them to not call again. He basically told me he would call again and I couldn't stop him.  

This number calls my office phone 2-3 times per day...I don't even have a Macy's account.  STOP IT!!!
