Get a clue. The DNC list DOES NOT APPLY to these type calls. It never has and it never will. How you arrived at that conclusion is a complete mystery to me. And posting on here that you do not want them calling you again is completely stupid. They DO NOT read these posts. So how are they going to see what you wrote? And who are you going to report them to if they do call you again? Geeze, I hope it's NOT to the DNC list because then you'd just look like another clueless idiot.

***A company must be licensed in their state as well as the one they are trying to collect in if two different states are involved.

    Some Tips:
    *Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time, date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.

Make sure you get the going rate of $2.50 from the scum bags you work for.  That's rupees, not dollars.  Hopefully, they won't find out what an idiot they have working for them.

You must be really lonely.  Why else would you make such an a$$ of yourself?  Why don't you call 1-900-Babe?  Those girls will talk to you all you want and if you don't pay your credit card bill it can go to collections and then you can harass yourself for the money!

Possibly a collection company - received a call, she did not state her name only that she was on a recorded line asking for my ex-husband of more than 13 years ago. UNbelievable How they would have found me? I have a different name, and at least 10 phone numbers since then *they called my cell, and also live in a completely different state. NOPE I cannot tell you how to find him - havent seen him in more than a decade. Seriously these people, creepy they tracked me down when I have nothing to do with it, and keep most all my contact info private.

Robo calls such as the one from (541) 955-7800 are easy to handle; if you have Comcast Voice use the call screening function until full, then obtain a Google Voice number and use the Comcast Voice call forwarding function to send the call to the Google Voice number where you can block unlimited calls, lol, I sleep well and don't worry about bottomfeeding scum.
