Jesus, people it's a legit survey. I recently gave birth and was admitted to the hospital. A few days after I left, I got a call from this company. I did not answer at first because I screen all calls and looked the number up here - I saw the mixed reviews and attack on people who claimed they were legit, so I figured I would give them a chance if they called back. Two days later, I received a call from the same number. The girl DID NOT ask for any personal info, she just asked if I recently stayed at a certain hospital and verified my name (again, I did not have to provide this info to her, she already had it and even verified the date I left the hospital). She asked me a series of scaled questionsand yes/no questions  (example: rate your experience with your nurse from 1 to 5, did a nurse supervisor visit you? Yes or no?). The survey took 13 minutes, which is what I had been told it would take. The girl was clearly reading from a script and sounded new at what she was doing, but in no way was this a scam or was any of my info requested. The only non- scaled or yes/no question she asked was if I wanted to leave any feedback for the hospital.

Just got the call didn't recognize so didn't answer. I got a message they left a Voice Mail so I called my VM, no message, they didn't hang up in time. No one here in any hospital

Interesting, as I rec'd a call from this number yesterday which I missed.  I haven't had any hospital stays in years.

I just had a call from this number, and while I had a hospital stay back in January, I received a survey call within a week of my discharge. That's been the norm for me on the occasions that I've been hospitalized for whatever reasons. These surveys don't come monhs after a stay because the "scaled questions" or "yes/no". questions are not going to be able to be answered accurately that long after a hospital stay. I don't anser all unknown numbers and if no contact info or message is left, then I chalk it up to a scam call and the number goes on my reject/block list.

I never had any procedure with a hospital, but I'm glad to know that these ppl could be legitimate. Thanks, guys.

I've had 3 calls now from 574-309-9553, Press Ganey in 1 week. They hang up every time I let it go to the recorder. I don't know them, therefore if they know me, leave a message. Who ever they are, they're a pain in the butt and hope they stop calling!!

They are a legitimate survey company.  It seems that they do mostly medical surveys so a doctor or hospital you were at might be using them to see what your experience was. My hospital/doctor network uses them.  They usually send me a letter or e mail me though.  I guess it depends on what type of survey the client asked for.

This is a legitimate phone call. It's from a company that does health surveys on behalf of the government to check on the quality of care you are receiving from companies that provide services.In my case it was to check on the quality of care from Davita Dialysis Center that my wife received. The survey is sort of lengthy but worth it, if you have issues. Drawback is you have to call them back if you can't answer the phone., and they will call again.

These idiots called at 6:30 am....

I received two calls from this number today and did not answer either.  I have not been to a hospital or have I had any medical treatment recently so there is NO reason for them to be calling me if they are a medical survey company.

I didn't answer the call but I did go to the ER about a week ago

They called my cell and would not leave a message. If they're legit why don't they mail the survey instead of wasting time calling someone's personal phone?

Just out of hospital AND on dialysis. Still, legit or not, any company that CONTINUES to call & doesnt leave a message is getting blocked. Besides, a survey is essentially a way for someone, somewhere to scam u by figuring out what they can do to get more business and/or charge more for their services. It's rarely to "improve your customer experience."

I'm afraid this is legit.  These people are doing a survey about your experiences with a certain hospital or doctor.  I had surgery December 4th and this group is asking how I rate my stay, experiences with staff, etc.  Cut&Run is NOT a liar.

All hospitals do surveys after care. Get your information straight.

Yep. Press Ganey survey. Google it. My call was from Southbend Indiana office. I was recently in the hospital.

They don't leave a message due to HIPAA privacy laws for medical.

This is a survey from HCA hospitals about in hospital care. Supposedly anonymous but they have my name & information. I have hired an attorney, told me not to talk about it to anyone. They got really ticked when I told them I didn't give out information unless I initiated the call
and advice of my attorney not to talk about it.

Untrue. I was told by MY social worker specifically to expect a call with a survey regarding my care at dialysis.
