I got a ph mssg. from wiggins adjustments today  . The caller gave me a account number  to call back. I have no idea why they called me. I do not think I owe $ to anybody.  I'm surprised how they have my phone number . I never using this number as a contact #?? I will call them on tomorrow  to find out...

Im going to do the same, I do not owe anyone money, if anything I stole their monies to help the poor!

Callers are identified and announced on my home phone.  I have ignored these Wiggins Adjustments calls which have come once daily sometimes for two or more years.  Today, home on continuing sick leave, seems to be the New Year's Escalation -- three calls before 10 am and now my cell phone as well.  Calls to request they stop and inform them I will be sending a FAX to this effect have resulted in a very rude woman hanging up twice -- I even told her I was on sick leave from my work -- telling me I just had to pay my bill.  I told Diamond Parking I wasn't paying the bill in the first place as it was an error and he threatened me with this agency ... nice, eh!  Perhaps I should continue to call her and see how she likes it.  Or maybe you can ...  I used the 0211 number listed in previous posts.

I have no debt period have lived in a new house that I built with a new phone number and wiggins have been calling for over a year. I called some dufus there and he told me that he had to have my account number because he could not find my phone number in the system. I explained to him that I don't have an acccount number because I owe nothing. I am so sick of these FN Clowns I am ready to press charges of harrassment with my local rcmp

Ya, that's it. Phone them, fax them, laugh and swear at them. If you can write and email them, send them viruses, send them poop. If you know their address please post it. ******PAY BACK TIME******

I have been receiving calls from this number 604-530-8908.  There's no one on the line, just an automated message stating I owe $120.00.  When I call this number back the message says that this number is not in service!!  This is obviously a ruse of some kind.  If this number is "not in service", how are they able to call me...pester me!!?

These people have been continually calling my number for the past 3 years. I spoke with an agent about a year and half ago and told them they had the wrong number. It subsided for about 2 months and started up again to the point now where I get their robocalls at least daily if not 2 or 3 time a day.
These types of call should be banned. If you are going to call somebody at least have the [***] class to put a live person on the other end to deal with this kind of issue.

so tired of these calls. Didnt even know that I was parked in a lot that was paid parking. Was parked there for not even 5 min. Just went to pick up my son!! since then I have been harassed !!!  Wiggins adjustment will not be getting a dime!! go ahead keep calling and I will get a cell phone thats unlisted .  This type of harassment is illegal !! cant take money off of me if I dont have any !!

i got this number and ohter number  604-530-8904 all the time recently.  i really dont like this call. there is no one i can ask   dont call again....

If you start receiving collection calls from Wiggins Adjustments there is an easy way to get these people to stop calling.

According to the BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT;

(4) A collector must not continue to communicate with a debtor
(a) except in writing, if the debtor
(i)  has notified the collector to communicate in writing only, and
(ii)  has provided a mailing address at which the debtor may be contacted,

Simply send the collections agency a fax stating you wish to be contacted by written correspondence ONLY and state the mailing address at which they can send mail to you. Provide your full name and be sure to clearly note what matter pertains to (i.e. parking ticket for license plate number ABC 123) sign the fax, and record the date you sent it. Keep the fax. You also need to send the same fax to the creditor (i.e. the parking lot company such as Diamond Parking).

If by chance they are calling you about a parking ticket from Diamond Parking, in the same fax, tell them you wish to dispute the ticket and all related charges in court. They wont take you to court because it's your word against there's, they won't win. Even if they tried the cost of pursuing the matter in court far exceeds the sum they can hope to recover.

Lastly, a parking ticket and fine from a private parking lot WILL NOT and CAN NOT affect your credit rating. You did not borrow money from them and not pay it back. Parking tickets from the city or a government entity, however, is a different story.

I just bill them for $2000/hr or any part thereof  for to negotiate with third party interlooper with no valid contract with me.Small claim court  is the way to go. They have to proove they have dirlectly valid a contract with you about the aliged debt '

I keep getting these calls from a company called Wiggins Adjustment at 604-530-8908 We do not owe any money to this company or any and I would like the calls stopped we are also on a no call solicitation list so I do not know how they are getting through to us.

Ha jerk some of us are complaining because  we get calls from Wiggins sometimes several times a day and we don't owe any money to anyone and certainly not to a collections agency.  I have tried to get my name off the calling list and have left messages but we still keep getting them so don't taint everyone with the same brush.

pls stop calling my number. the person that your looking for is not living with us here.

Many calls over the past several months from Wiggins Adjustments.  Mostly in evening when their office does not take call backs.
The anme that they are asking for is totally garbled so you can't understand what they are saying.  
Finally got through to them today and the agent said that our number will be removed.
