This calls is from Dell's 3rd Party service. This service called everday at my house and cell to ask if I wanted the order I Cancelled. I asked them to stop calling and No I did not want the product. Well I guess if you ignore them they send the Cancelled order anyway and charged me for it. I spent 30 minutes today trying to get a call tag to return the item. Due tto their sneaky tactics I have closed my Dell account and vowed to never use them again.

I just received a call from HardHanks out of San Deigo, California.  About 2 years ago I used to receive alot of calls from this firm.  So many I had to threaten to contact the Attorney General.  Now it's starting up again.  What the heck is this company?

This number is from a call centre, the company they called for was for Reliance Home Comfort, I'm thinking the company must work for a few companies.  Reliance is in Burlington, Ontario but they use a call centre in B.C.
