The same problem today I received one call by this number.

We got the same call today. She tried to convince us she was calling from Bristol UK (it sounds like whatever accent they have, they say they are from that country) despite the fact that our caller ID showed a Vancouver number.

Anyway, she tried to use scare tactics to convince us that someone was trying to buy up a bunch of similar domain names to draw attention away from our business. Being web savvy I called her on her [***], and started to ask details about her and her business, after which she got testy and hung up. She did give a company name of Euroformation, which comes up to a dead end.

It's a scam! Do not give these people any information about yourself or your business.

I received a call from a guy who claimed he was calling on behalf of Fido (Canadian cell phone provider).  He had the worse voip connection I've ever heard, and it took far too long just to listen to his pitch, so I hung up.
He called back and it was a little clearer the second time, but he wanted to tell me that they were going to mail me 2 free phones.
I asked if he was calling on a Fido phone now, because if so, I would never want that service.

He kept up with the "it's free" bit, but I just said I didn't want them, over and over again.
He got a clue and finally let it go.

i got a quote from dell after stupidly giving them my phone number.  the item i wanted to buy was on back order and i told "Rod" i didn't want him to call back.  i got the 604-550-7000 call the next day and didn't answer.  in 5 years, i have NEVER gotten any spam/telemarketers on this line.  i suppose that is about to change.  thanks a lot, dell.

wanted banking information for a loan i put in for nut they want you to givemoney to get the loan in western union money transfer. and no bank account or bank when i asked. its a scam

Have gotten several calls at work from this number.
A company called Harte Hanks (800-456-9748) in San Diego collects data, and this number shows up when they call. They do have some aggressive and foreign people working the lines. They want to know very specific details about our computer systems, networks, telephones, etc. The caller ID shows 604-550-7000, but I have heard that this is due to an interface from a VoIP to land line. If this is the case, then many calls could show this number.

Incoming call on my cell at 7:40 AM CDT today. 604-550-7000. I didn't pickup since I didn't recognize number, etc. They didn't leave a msg. So far only one call. Hope it gets taken care of....don't like the messages I see here.

I just got 3 calls in a row from this number.  They didn't leave a voicemail, so I'm not sure who it is.  These posts are troubling...

I received calls from this number. The man was speaking in English with a very heavy accent which was difficult to understand. He asked questions on networking and when I told him he had the wrong number and hung up, he called again with the same question. I told him to contact our computer department and hung up.

XD if you all got that number on yor phone, it's the Rush Card Company Verifying your card and transactions XD If anyone got a Rush Card, they are calling you about your Card. Yes some are rude and some are flirty but It's the Rush Card Company possibly Trying to verify something about your Rush Card. I read their Voice Message they left for me. It's the company for Rush Card. I have a Rush Card so I know who it is at least for me. They called me at 3:08AM PST. they're Time there is much later than ours.

Received a call, didn't recognize the number and I hit ignore.  Didn't leave a message so I decided to investigate and found that this person is useless.

This number is actually from Dell computers. I get calls from this number on my cell phone, and then also at my house phone today.  The caller ID says British Columbia.  I do not know who this is, or why they would be calling.  They never leave a message, and it is getting annoying. I have tried calling it back, but it says that I have reached a non working number.

OMG... TSG, I wish I would have read your post before I posted the last one.  You are right.  It is Dell computers.  They actually called me about 2 weeks ago because I was on a waiting list for a system, and they called me when they had it in stock.  Looking back at my received calls, this number did come from Dell.  We have already received the system, so I don't know why they would keep calling. I am going to try and catch the next call, and make sure that the sale is closed out, so they can quit calling.

I can't believe this person called 2x last night, one right after the other, at 11:30pm!!!  It's a weeknight & I'm p**sed because I have to get up early the next day.  Grr!!!

I am a receptionist and get calls from this number often. They do not speak very good English and want to verify all of my company's information each time. They tell me it is not a sales call and is being recorded and proceed to read off our company information, disregarding what I say. I told her I cannot be on this call any longer, she is taking up too much of my time and to stop calling our company. She kept on talking so she got hung up on. I usually try to avoid calls from this number. I have no idea what the name of her 'company' was.
