Just had a message from that number. Nothing but inaudible mumbling. I am a Dell employee in Ottawa Canada and I know of no reason we would call people using this number.

i received a call also and this guy was rude too but talking in frcnch like from france?was yours french? i dont know anyone from this number

Got a call from this number on my Vonage in Montreal. My Vonage number is unlisted and I don't give it out to anyone. No message left. Seems to be a number provided by Telus.

This is soooo weird! I work for a marketing firm in Delaware and we just received a phone call from this number as well, and once I answered the caller hung up. I just happened to look it up as it seemed strange to get a phone call from British Columbia. I'm really interested to know what is going on w/this number.

This number is calling my cell phone, I get it at least once a day and have been for about 2 weeks now! Weird....I'm in Toronto, Canada

I live in Costa Rica and I had a missed call (to my cell) from this number yesterday. I tried calling bk but got a message saying I couldn´t get connected. I never thought so many people had had a similar experience...this is weird!

Called said they were an information protection services companies to verify a purchase I made on my credit card that morning (I never left my house!) Then they asked for my personal information. DO NOT TRUST

I too got a call from this number on x-mas day at 1:35pm.  I wasn't here to pick up and so my voice mail came on.  When you hear the message a brief voice messages comes on in French asking to press 1 and then you just hear music... like when you're on hold.  I won't be picking up if I see it again in the future.

The area code is from British Columbia.

Dell called me from this number...it is a VoIP # originating in BC.

Called me at my work number some lady speaking in a pakistani/british accent, but it alsmot seemed like a forced accent. Broken english, asking if we are still our company name and if we are still close to a credit union. It was weird.

I just got a call on my cell from this number while I was in a meeting. I did not answer it but called back later. The call never goes through but gets cut after 2 rings.

A call came in tonight at 11:30 pm, from the number 604-550-7000 and the lady asked for my husband it was late he has to work so he was in bed when I told her that he was in bed and asked to take a message and very rude she said no I will call back later and again went to ask her for a message and she hung up in my face.... what is up with that....

I just got a call from this number for my Daughter...and her phone line. It is a Vancouver BC number. The lady that called asked for my daughter by name. She would not leave a message or tell me who was calling. She hung on me in the end. I am so not impressed. Thank you all for posting as I am a paranoid parent and some not nice things were going through my head. I am now assuming it is some kind of scam. Thanks.  Just so you know it is an unlisted number.

Sometimes when i call my friends in New Brunswick, CANADA from my cell phone based in athens, GA. His caller id will read this number. I am guessing from my knowledge that sometimes my cell phone is being routed through a tower somewhere that masks my caller id with this number. Being a bit of a phreaker I begin to wonder how can someone always access this "masking" ability whenever they make a call.

I just received a call to my cell phone.. I could tell there was someone else on the other end.. but no one spoke.
