I got 4 hang up calls in the past hour from 1-646-453-1349
Isn't there some sort of law against telemarketer or survey calls after 7 PM ?
If not then there should be.

call several times and never says a word.  creepy!!!!

I have been receiving calls for the last two days, from the number,
1-646-453-1349 all I know it is a NY number and no one ever speaks.
And I can't find out who it is. HELP

Paetec  Communitions,Inc  From  up  state  NY  tellercommunitions  company  they  sell  tellermarketing services  to  anybody  then  protect  them they  ask  you  to  send  them  police  reports  or  anthing  like  that  they  have people  all over  the  states there  customer service  877-340-2600  call  them  they  don,t care

Called at 9:15pm and hung up when answered.

This New York area code called and in two rings I anwsered and no response or voice.  I hung up.  Call was at 9:04 PM EST.  Jerks...........Stop the stupid calls!!!!!!!!!!!Unknown on caller ID..

Thank God I found this.  The phone calls are never ending.  I called the 212 nmber and they removed our number from their list.  Thanks so much for the info.

Get these calls all the time no answer.  Pic up and no one is there.....what do they want...anyone?

3 calls from this #.  Every time we answer they hag up.

The people at this number are terrorists. They are violating federal law. I get called every day. I call back and the number is always busy. They hang up after I answer. They never say anything.

I get 2-4 calls per day.  Sick and tired of this BS.  Went online and filed a complaint with the FCC.  Takes about 5 minutes.

called 11/11 at 16:49, 15:55, & 12:43.

It rings a few times and then disconnects. Since it is my cell # I haven't answered it since I don't know the # till now. :)

calls 3-4 daily uusally after 9:00 pm; if answered no ones is on the other line.

Phone rings (unknown name 646-453-1349) and nothing.  This has got to be stopped.

NO one is ever on the line when this number calls and also no message is left on my recorder if I am not home to pick up the phone.

Called most recently at 9:30pm. Same as others report: 3 rings, stops before voice mail picks up. Annoying & intrusive.

this number calls me all the time it is so frustrating . I called the 212 number to have them remove me but there has to be a better soulition to have this number stopped ?
