Have received calls at least once a day for well over a week.  Sent a text (7/23/07) and indicated that I did not recognize the number and would not answer and to stop calling.   I am still getting calls.

Wanted me to take some survey

i rec'd call from this number 08/13/07.  i did not answer since i did not recognize the number, no message was left.

I received 3 calls from this company (Universal Survey Center) this evening. The caller-id registers “unavailable.” I told the first person who called at approximately 7 p.m. this evening that I was not interested. I have since received two additional calls…the last at 9:28 p.m.

I located the Website and spoke to a CSR who assured me that I would not receive any more calls. Just to save myself the aggravation, I blocked the number that my caller-id repeatedly registers.

got a call from them last night. Google search got me this site. Is there a place to complain to the FCC about this number and their harrassment.

That call woke up my baby just as I had gotten her to sleep.

Needless to say, I was PISSED. OFF.

But I didn't answer, as it was "unavailable".

Woe be to the poor sap who dares call here again.

Received call at 9:20pm CST (we are on the do not call list).  Phone rang twice when I picked up there was only a dial tone.  I found this website and suspect they may have called me previously around the same time a few days ago asking about a survey, but I hung up with them quickly and deleted the caller ID without thinking much about it.

Lady called from this number conducting a Health Care survey.  Indicated that it would take about 15 minutes.  Asked if I would answer questions?  I agreed.  The first question was my age?  I told her 65.  The phone disconnected without so much as any "Thank You" or explanation that I was not in the desired survey age range or anything. Not a courteous thing to do since she was interrupting my afternoon on a Holiday. I researched and called the company phone number and got a male, in person, answer.  Expressed my concern about their manners and requested he remove my number from their call list immediately.  He agreed.  Time will tell.

they called and said nothing when we answered. we called back and got a recorded message saying it was Universal Survey and they called to ask our opinions ..they said they were not a telemarketing company..then it hung up...well to get an opinion you have to say something. I dont appreciate beign called  at home at almost 8 on an Sunday evening to get hung up on.

received a call from the 646-467-6665 but there was no one there when we picked up???  googled to see who it was and got this posting...very helpful, glad I'm not alone with these crazy calls, but how do you get rid of them???

Didn't answer, I usually never answer unless I know who's calling. Looks like these [***] are using a spoofed caller ID, from the info on this site...

This number called me at 9:25 pm today(9/18/07) but caller id said "not available." Ididn't answer and didn't leave a message. All my numbers are on the "do not call list."

They called again just now, about 6:15pm local time. Same spoofed Caller ID claiming to be a "CELLULAR CALL". My fax machine answered the call again...

Like everyone else, they call repeatedly, and I repeatedly do not answer. I have downloaded a "number is disconnected" sound file with that annoying beep and pray they call while I'm here. As the number they're calling is my home business phone, I cannot put the message on my answering machine, but I can put the receiver to the computer speaker...nice and LOUD.

Caller calls morning noon and nite  and then hangs up when i answer

Saturday, 9/22/07 10:18AM PDT 1-646-467-6665 "Unavailable", my answering machine picked-up in 3 rings, caller hung-up shortly after ans. mach. I did a *57 (Qwest) and the recording said it had been traced. Going to the Do-Not-Call to complain next. Saw numerous complaints over on whocalled.us too. Going to distribute my new "Grand Central" number from Google so I get full control of how my calls are handled http://www.grandcentral.com
