This is a Skype international server number.

I got a call from this number,and called it to see who it was.Got an unable to contact who sent the call.I have no friends over seas or anywhere that uses Skype.The message told me if I received any threatining calls to contact local authorities.I believe it's a scam,and I probably should have not called it back.

Somebody called from this number early in the morning in my day off, He called himself Paul and he knows my las name. He pretends that he cannot hear me and hung up. I don't want these calls on my cellphone.

I had to get the police to show up to get the woman at this number to stop calling me 24/7 about a bad review I left on ebay for a China seller that didn't send my items I paid for & I waited a full month which now they are begging for me to remove my bad feedback & I refuse. Harassing me isn't going to make me change it but instead only piss me off more. I did a search for the number which she screwed up & forgot to use *67 like she has up till now for the past few days & it shows up as CA but I am not going to pay to get the name on the number all I know is its a landline & if she continues to harass me I will press charges for harassment.

Dude call your local police it seams there are a few people calling from this number harassing people. The more calls & complaints that people make about it the better chances we will have to make them stop. Call or go to your local police department luckily for me mine is just up the road from where I live.

Thats kind of funny I cant help but wonder what this number belongs to perhaps they are using their computer to show a false number when they call people. Its always some woman when I get calls trying to get me to change my negative feedback on Ebay to positive & every-time she calls is just pisses me off more.

Everyone that is being harassed here needs to email contactus@skype.net to report this problem as I just did which will hopefully put a stop to this BS. Be polite about it because you need to keep in mind its not Skype's fault but you want it to stop & would appreciate their help. Also be sure to call your local police department so that they can give the number a call to help cut down on it. Phone harassment shouldn't be tolerated!

I just received a call from this number 5 mins ago on my cellphone. I called back and it went straight to an automated message, saying that the number is part of a service or something. I assume it's a payphone, but why would someone call across the country? So strange

received 3 calls from this number, no msg 1st time.  no one responded when I answered next 2 times.

You don't have to have skype. It just means someone else is using skype to call your cell/land line.

I just got a number with just 3000 on it. No area code or three digits. This is the third call this year where it was some random number and i check this website and they always seem to be scams. I bet it was this number on here and if not, I don't know who it was.

I don't know how anyone is able to call with just 3000 and nothing else?!? I hit call back but it goes to Verizon's default "your number can not be completed as dialed thing",  I guess it could have been Morpheus!

This foreign gutteral women called me on cell phone  telling me "my Computer Provider has hacked into her Computer....I asked who is my Provider she said the correct one, however, when I told her to stop sreaming, talk slower, and what do you really want?, I told her I will call my provider regarding her call, she instantly hung up.  I call my Provider for my Internet Service, My cell phone company and the Police.  My computer check out find, no problems, my cell phone company couldn't believe such a message when I gave them number which, said"  This is a unlawful number please contact your authorities immediately, so I did.  I do use Skype so I wonder how they got my cell phone number when my Computer is DSL with my landline.  Very scary!! Haven't heard from them again,  Watch for any hackers.  Good luck and report this asap
