I do not know who is all calling me.  The calls came with only a message to call the local police

It's a universal number for VOI. Skype does this number, but so do scamers.

I get calls from a Nigerian scammer who uses Skype to my cell phone. He talks to me but not very long. I have been dealing with him for a year for obvious reasons.  Yes the actual telephone line is in California and Skype Support and Security center is located in the same city and county as location of this number. I have reported the problem to Skype and for obvious reasons I may have said too much already but if everyone would use the internet and research and investigate as much as I do, all of these scams would be used only a few times before we shut them down.  The only way these people are going away is we stop them. btw Nigerian, Skype, scammer was for you to put together your investigation.

Caller stated my cell # was listed on a skype call that I was missing.
I have never been on skype, nor does my company use this.
Asked for his name & what company he was with.
Stated he was from an endoscopy company in Boston.
I asked that my cell # be removed from the call.
Called again 2 hours later...I did not answer.
I am blocking this #.

it wa indead someone calling from skype that called my mom from this number but it was because she posted her number on craigslist and it was a scammer trying to scam her out of the car she was sellin

These friggin people called me at 0100 in the morning and I couldn't get back to sleep. The called me twice because i didn't answer. Then nobody said anything. I had to be at work by 0530, this is crap.

I had a roommate ad on craigslist and some creeper called asking if I wanted to share my room on the weekends w/ him bc "it could be fun" I hung up on him, deleted the post, and learned my lesson.

I received a call from this main number on my work phone.  He wanted to know what he could do for me.  This call sounded like a solicitation for something other than business.

My husband uses skype from afghanistan. This number has come up when he calls.

Exactly! I received a call from (661)380-3000. The caller told me that my computer is infected. He said that he is calling from the company with which I have a contract regarding my computer security. He wanted to have access to my computer to fix the problem. When I asked him about the date till which my contract is valid, he gave me the wrong date. I hung up.

I recieved a call from a man with an afgan accent on saturday. He stated he was from Directv in which I am waiting for the installer to call and set up my dish. This man had all my information from Directv which I am very upset with because apparently Directv doesn't protect their customers information very well at all. Needless to say my bank card was charged $30 and I am in the process of filing police report and closing my account.

called - rang - did not answer and they left no message - tried to cb since I know people in California and said that the number did not accept calls

got msg from idiot that played a song and it was pump up the jam. and he was making gay remarks to me. I thought it was a joke/friend but after looking into it I found this is happening alot. oh well maybe a lady will call next time.
