Usually I never answer phone calls from unknown numbers. I let this task to my voice mail.  When I saw this number, I didn't answer.  I was intrigued who was calling.  Inmediatelly I look for it in internet and see that a bast mayority of callers said It was Skype.   Fortunatelly the phone rang for second time. Confirmed !, a relative abroad was calling thru Skipe.  Thank you everybody for posting in this website. Help me a lot.

I just got a call.  it was a scam.  They left voice mail saying they were from American Bookie and they just noticed I had money in my account and it has been there a long time.  I never opened an account at that site.

Just received 2 calls in a row from this number.  Didn't answer and let it go to voicemail.  They didn't leave a voicemail.  Immediately googled the number and found this site, thanks.  I have like less than 5 people outside of the US and they have other means of contacting me, so this probably was a scam.  Thanks for providing this service.  I will now block this number.

I have received several calls from this number and it then connects me with my sisters number. Don't really know how they do this but it is a growing problem and T mobile sez they can't do anything about it, I think the FCC should be involved.

Yes, it is a number that comes up if someone is trying to call you from overseas. It is not necessarily a prank; I suggest answering.

Received a phone call from this number on my cell.  No message was left.

My cell phone earpiece isn't working, so I had to use my Skype to check my cell phone voicemail and this was the number in the caller ID.

I keep getting this individual calling three to six times a day.  I called back and the message was about something unlawful.  It is obviously a scam/

it always leaves this number....i dont know why you got it tho..Ed

Depending on the carrier this number will show up when someone calls from outside the US. Just received a call from a friend who was traveling in India. This number was shown as the incoming caller phone number.

I just received a call from this number at 11:52 at night.  I didn't answer because I don't know who it is and I purposely keep my voice mail  full so they were unable to leave a message.  Clearly based on other posts this number is bad news.

I was contacted by someone via this phone number for the purpose of harrassment. The caller was attempting to obtain personal information about me and someone else, and used a very intimidating, threatening, and aggressive attitude towards me to intimidate me into giving this information. The calls occurred repeatedly from about 9:12 to 9:14am, Dec 15, 2011, the last of which I answered and received the harassing message.

I got a call from this number and waited until they hung up and tried to call them and it's not a number you can call in to so it would have to be a Skype User number

Called at eleven pm. A voice recording On repeat told me my software protection had run out and to go to some web site that doesn't exist. (LPMSG dot com) seems it is a VOIP number that has been hijacked by spammers/prank callers.
