6613803000

I just got a call from this number. He said (with a heavy Indian accent) that he was calling from US Government regarding some grants. I told him I don't know who the hell you are? And he said f u and hung up.

Got call. "Paul" (with a russian accent) of Virgin Promotions, said I won a prize and was one of 25 winners. I had to come in with spouse to claim prize. Only 25 winners yet they have 12 or more time slots open in the next 5 days. A google of Virgin Promations will show what a total scam this whole thing is. Too bad there are no laws to put these slimy balls in prison permanatly. Heaven help us if we ever passed any regulations against "free market businesses" .

16613803000 is nothing sinister. SKYPE need to show a routing location. If you use Skype overseas (I am in Cape Town ZA) and call an AT&T cellphone (in Palm Springs CA) via Skype this 16613803000 pops up on the other persons cellphone.Shows as Palm Dale !! Call Skype to landline and it should say 'unknown caller'.

My partner received this call twice this afternoon (from number 661-380-3000), and no message was left. About two hours later, the same number called me twice. The first time I answered, and there was no reply, so I hung up. About a minute later, they called me again, and left no message. Creepy.

tired of this number calling my celphone

Stop calling

Just got a call from this number.
Didn't answer but they left a message it was 1-800 Flowers regarding an order I had placed.

Over the last week i have been receiving harrassing phone calls, texts (on my phone) and messages on facebook from a former friend. this person was trying to extort money from me. after she harrassed me for several days all of a sudden i'm getting the calls from the 661-380-3000 number and it was her because she was stupid enough to leave voicemails. obviously she didn't think i would ever figure out it was skype, as i've got an account but have never used it. and i wouldn't have if i hadn't found this page. thanks everybody, i understand what she is doing now. :)  so now i've got a peace order on her... the hearing is next week.

oh, and she is in illinois and i'm in another state so its not just an international calling issue.

This was a skype call from a friend in Norway.  He did leave a message.  Frequently calls from weird numbers come in and sometimes it is Skype and our friend calling.  Of course, if it's not someone you know, it could be some sort of a scam artist calling via skype because you can mine these numbers from Skype, just like you can mine email addresses.

This is a creapy number and I didn't answer but later that day I called the number back to see who it was and it said this may concern your law enforcement call police if there's any suspicious behavior what do I do????

I've been receiveing calls from this number since October from a girl named Yana. She supposedly is trying to come see me but has been waiting for a visa. I became suspicious when she asked me for $500 to finish paying for it, and gave me western union info. She sent me a pic of her visa and I just noticed it was dated January 25, 2011! Decided to look up her number and found this site. She totally scanning right. Please comment back if you have any info on this.

This is a Skype number for people who have signed up for a Skype Out account but don't have a phone number for Skype In. Or for users who are working with Skype to get a new number. Before the Caller ID gets provisioned, any skype-out calls would show this caller ID.

If you're getting abusive calls (spam) then it is because the spammers are utilizing the Skype system for their automated calls.
