I got 4 last night from 1:10 am-1:25 am, with a afican american man's voice inaudible and yelling on my voicemail, I thought it might be an inmate- Are you sure it is skype and if so, it is safe, no scam???? Thxs:)

it also says on the recorded message when you call back that caller cannot be reached thru this method and that if you have had any threats to contact you r local law enforcement,. I know a cop, and he did not know where it was coming from either? Tweet made 1-27-12 2:00 pm CT

Can verify call is a Skype number. I called my cell number from my Skype account to keep the account active and my cell log showed this number.

Got a call from this number (listed as "Palmdale area") at 4:30pm on 1/28/12....no message left.

My daughter just tried to call me through skype.  This is obviously a number that is for Skype!

Yes, i got this malicious call from the same number 661 380 3000. I did pick the call, when i call back the number it was saying the number is assigned to anyone please call the local law enforcement for further investigation. did anyone knows about this number

This phone call repeatedly called me & I'm scared. it says it's across my street, but my phone says Palmdale area. then I heard typing and robots in the bAckground I feel threatened and terrified.

Me too! The scared me said they lived across the street and admired me from afar but the area code sayspalmdale arrea???!:(

i wouldn't worry to much about it...as i kinda scanned thru the comments on these pages it seems people are getting all kinds of calls from what you got and so on

played into voicemail, clearly some kind of scam, woman answered after waiting music in southern accent

I got a phone call from this number at 8:33 pm...I said hello and I heard a wierd laugh and then he asked if I wanted to ... he laughed again and then I hung up. It was creepy

Got a phone call from AB Promotions regarding a 90 minute presentation that my husband and I have to sit through in order to receive one of four gifts. A 32" TV, $2500 cash, a truck or something else, I don't remember. He spoke with an Indian accent and made "an appointment" to meet with them at 1425 Tristate Pkwy Unit # 130. His callback number is 224-441-7333, and I spoke with Rex Smith, Senior Manager.

Someone called me from this number and said nothing. Just mumbled.

Dead asleep in bed, and NIN comes blaring on. I am startled awake, and refuse the call. Drag myself out of be only to come on here. I saw the possibility of it being Skype. Sure enough, a friend was under the influence and tried to drunk video call me.
