- scottRepeated unwanted calls during working hours, I have notified the callers that the person they are calling for no longer has this number, costs me a dollar for the call if I inadvertently answer it. (It's used as a backup phone for emergencies, etc).
- nikiI get calls from thsi number daily. I answer and there is silence on the other end. If I let it go to voicemail, they leave half a message that does not include enough info to warrant me calling back.

- chI keep getting these calls for "a very important business matter" and then an automated voice comes on to give me a reference # to give when I call back. They do not ask for me by name, therefore I believe it's a scam. I have never seen a bill for an outstanding medical debt nor do I have any. I will continue to ignore the calls or pick up and hang up when this number calls me.

- Overwhelmed replies to lametI have been in and out of the hospital since May and the first one was in the course of that month. I have just been discharged yesterday and so I have to divide what I pay and my med charges are such as they will be lucky to get 5.00 a month. The information is invaluable. I have no idea where the bill is coming from since I am trying to grasp it all. Thanks for the info...it is going to be a mess for awhile and I have a legal dispute in one case. I am on disability and barely made it off my income before all of this. At the moment I am just trying to figure this out. This will be a big help.
- DEBT COLLECTORDEBT COLLECTOR. Same exact thing happened the last time I got a new number. Debt Collector calling for someone else.

- amiller replies to NCDAD| 4 repliesI like the sentiment, but unfortunately most companies have unlimited calling just like our cell phones. It will seriously annoy the people answering the phones, though, since they get bonuses based on how many promises of payment they receive.
- Just pay your bill! replies to lamet| 2 repliesIf you owe a debt and the company is in no violations then the bill still falls back on you ! All you have to do is call the company make arragememts to pay your debt and the calls will stop! It's just that simple! If you do a cease and desist the company can still report to your credit and possibly take your taxes and now some Drs are denying service due to outstanding debts! So do the right thing and pay your bill for it can hurt you in the long run!!
- Columbus DadI get calls from them.. Because it is automated dialer system most of the message is not recorded on my voicemail. Still wonder who the brainless twit was who came up with a automated system such as this type of system. The only way I know the number is it shows up on my missed call display. I have no idea who they are calling for at my number. I have seen no correspondence to my home from them either.
- LeeHere is the problem I have with this company and the person who sold them the debt. I went in late summer to the emergency room, with a kidney stone, never had one before. And never received a single bill from the hospital or anyone else. Then last month I started to receive calls from PMAB about the debt and have had to ensue their nasty customer service reps. But I am or am not disputing the debt but isnt it the hospital responsibility to send the customer a bill and give them x amount of time before selling it to a collection agency? If not what happens to the world hospitals have no procedures to follow anymore and sell debts to collection agencies without even contacting the customer first?

- unknown replies to Me2| 1 replyNo it sounds like your payment has not posted so you should provide your proof to PMAB, or have the provider pull your account from bad debt collections.
- UNKNOWN replies to annoyed| 1 replyAnd that is one of the reasons alot of people today have bad credit.
- Unknown replies to amiller| 2 repliesThat is highly untrue, bonuses are not provided on how many promises one gets to pay a debt. If that was the case the companies would be shut down for alot of people will say they will pay a bill but never do. The bonuses really dont exist an hourly pay is provided to compansaite the verbal abuse that most people give the collection reps. In todays time one must collect about 60,000 a month to gain 7000 in fees, and with those fees a bonus plan is set but the company saying that what ever fees collected over 7000 the employee get 20 percent of. So you do the math,,,, Bust you ass to collect 70,000 in a month, your fees are 7500,,, the employee gets commision bonuses on the difference which is 500,,,, 20 percent of 500 is $100,,,,,NOW the IRS needs there cut,,,so after killing your self dealing with verbal abuse from people who dont or cant pay there bills (but dont have enough sense to just write a letter saying stop calling/////to end the calls) you as an employee have a bonus take home pay of about $90.00.
Its easy to talk mess about something you dont know,,, but strangly its so hard for people to talk about what they should know. Its called pay your bills before its sent to collections, or if you dont want to pay when its in collections then dont answer your phone and fax a ceese and disist letter so the calls will stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not only will you be happier but im sure the companies that have been contracted to collect on your debts will be to, because then they will finally be able to really run there bussiness by calling those who want to pay. - annoyedI got there address ,if they keep this [***] up after I call them back to let them know that I don't owe them anything.I'm going there to bust some heads

- JohnWhether I owe a medical debt or not, I don't have to spend my time talking with a collection agency to try to fix someone else's mistake. Especially when the collection agency wants to assume I'm in the wrong to start with. If someone thinks I owe them money, they can take me to court. Well, I'm still waiting. As far as effecting my credit, when I'm in the right, I will take care of that IF they mess up my credit. In which case, I may take them to court. Just because a collection agency calls to sometimes simply intimidate doesn't mean the person they are calling actually owes money to anyone. If anyone who thinks I owe them money is in the legal right, why resort to collection agencies? Take me to court. The vast majority of medical clinics and doctors have you sign a form stating that you are responsible for paying your medical bill and in the event you don't, they can take you to court and when they win, you will also be held responsible by the court to pay all court costs. So what is the problem? Why resort to collection agency tactics IF they are in the right? So I simply program all my telephone devices not to ring when it is a number I want to ignore. They are a waste of time . . . most of the time from what I've heard from others over the years. Most collection agencies want their commission no matter what and the only way for them to try to get it is to intimidate people into believing they better pay whether or not they really owe . . . which sometimes even the collection agency caller will tell people it will stop the harassing calls.

- KaraI also got a call from this number 9:06 am. I answered the phone and no one was there. I suspect they want to leave messages only. Not sure why they are calling as I have no outstanding bills. Sounds suspicious to me.
