We got a call from them because the stupid Billing Clerk from Ugent Care filled our BCBS Insurance to the wrong agency. We got a Explantion of billing saying we do not owe anything.  I will fax this to them and see what happens.

Yeah and thanks. I'm on the letter right now!!!  Plus I'm sending all my info to my attorney for further action as this is what they do - they stop people from calling under the "harrassment laws"!!  Yeah I'll go em.

I keep getting calls from them over an issue that was an Aetna mistake. Aetna had my credit card number to pay for my medicines.  They have had it for over 10 years.  For some reason, they won't charge my credit card for that med.  I've had enough. They are calling my cell phone, so I just blocked them on my cell - they can only leave messages. When they call my home phone, I let the machine get it.

To Whom It May Concern:

We make all arrangements with all for bills and creditors and pay our bills appropriately.  We would appreciate for this PMAB to discontinue calling us for NO appropriate reason.  We have very good credit and wish to keep our matters PRIVATE!  Please take care of this matter ASAP!!

Have had several calls from this company - PMAB LLC.  They are the Professional Medical Adjustment Bureau, Inc. 5970 Fairview Road, Charlotte, NC  704-553-7144.  I called them back this AM to their number that I just listed.  They were looking for a female with a name I had never heard of.  They indicated they would take my number off of their list.

I keep getting calls from this.  Usually I pick up and hear nothing, so I hang up.  Today the person asked for me by name, I said this is she, and then I heard nothing.  So, I said Goodbye and hung up.  I hate it when they are waiting for their script to come up and you get dead silence.  If you are a collector, BE READY to collect.

I am getting up to three calls a day from this company. They are PMAB Debt Collections. They are looking for a Jung Huan or something like that. I have had this number for over a year and have told this company repeatedly that I am not them but they insist. I just called them and told them to take my number off of there list and that I am on the national do not call registry for cell numbers. Next will be a call to the BBB and my lawyer. I AM FED UP AND WILL NOT STAND FOR IT!!!

They call me 2 or 3 times a day.  I called the back to hear "....you've reached First National Collection Bureau..."  I don't have any debt in collections.  My EX-husband has some debts in collection and his creditors keep calling me.  We were divorced 7+ years ago.  Any idea of how to make them stop?

"Get calls all the time from this number and other medical collections agencies.  The easiest thing I have found is to put the numbers on your blocked or rejected list (If they are calling your cell phone)"

How do I put numbers on the block list, as stated above??

Got a call today saying they were PMAB calling for a doctor I use, asking me to verify my address.  I said what address you have.  He said I had to tell him.  I asked why, he said can you verify my address and I said no.  He said have a good day.  Since I had just rec'd the statement and insurance info, I called the doctor office.  They said not to give them info, and they did not use that company.  They had just rec'd the ins. info and the statement was their first sent out.

Party did not say anything when I answered.

They call at least 2 times a day looking for someone named Bruce.  I called back and told them they had the wrong number and keep calling.  Its [***] pissing me off.

Just send them a Cease Calls Letter.... you can google that and find all kinds of samples, just remember to send it certified mail =)

Debt Collector calling for previous owner of my cell number. I simply answered got a automated message and pressed 4 because I didn't know the person they were trying to contact. It then transfered me to a real person which asked for the person who used to have this number and I informed them I only recently got the cell number and didn't know the person they wished to talk to. They simply apologized and said they wouldn't bother me anymore. Hopefully thats the case.

These folks have started calling me again.  Previously, I simply did not answer when I saw them on the CallerID, and they stopped calling for at least six months.  (You can read my previous post about their calls.)

Here's the deal for me:  since I haven't gotten anything in writing from any medical service provider or from PMAB or anyone else about my owing a debt, there's no chance that I'm going to place a return call to someone I don't know just because I got a voice message asking me to do that.

As someone else here said, they're going to have to put it in writing in a letter to me or a summons to court for me to take this seriously.

If you haven't gotten anything in writing yet, then the call is bogus, and what they're trying to do is scam us.

I hope they don't get too frustrated or annoyed by my not taking their calls.

they continue to call and harasse me all times of the day.  some times I do not answer, but the times that I do answer they do not identify themselves or say state the nature of the call.  I am truely tired of being harassed by these people.
