THIS IS A SCAM!!! They try to get your personal identifying information such as your address and last 4 of your social security number.

Time limits depend on the state you live in. In California the limit is 4 yrs if the collector has all the paper work, otherwise it's just two years.Check legalmatch.com  ( it's you 3 attorneys to talk to )  then sue the Ba******. I did & got $3000 + attorneys fees for a disputed debt, which was charged to my credit card.  I felt much better then !

These people are Contract Callers, P.O. Box 2207, Augusta, Georgia, 30903. They have called here repeatedly asking for a Deborah H----. who I don't know and who has never lived here in the 10 years we have had our telephone number. I have asked repeatedly to have our number removed only to have them call back again and again. I am about ready to get a lawyer or go to Augusta, Georgia, and have it out with them. Why don't the police in Augusta shut these people down?

This number called me today my number is unlisted and I don't give it out at all this is a scammer and I think something was breached somewhere this is a major problem I called the number back and they don't identify there selves   I don't let my phone ring only for my kids due to my heart surgery the number is on the do not call list and this number called me with out permission  this needs to be handled especially after all the complaints listed here its still the same number calling all these people for these many years what are they doing to fix it ?

Not sure who they are, they called and forgot to hang up. My voicemail picked up a lot of heavy call center traffic and someone nearby talking in a thick Indian accent to a caller. Blocked it.

They don't do anything. And when they do, the company just changes the number. Been how the Canadian Pharmacy has been doing business for at least 5 years. They call, I block them, two weeks later they are calling with a new number. It's BS.

debt collectors keep calling me for other people. Now, I've read that Congress is making it easier for debt collectors to get by with more abuse. Can you imagine that? We must all stand together and fight against these harrassing calls. Let,s join together and get signatures and I will take it to congress. I have disabilities and I am afraid this will take a toll on my health . We are Americans these debt collectors are sending their kids to private schools and driving fine cars and they dare you to fight back. Whenever there is a profit there will always be abuse in collections. Let's make the banks collect debts that is owed to them and let's face it spoof calling is dangerous when it gets in the hands of a bad debt collector.

Scam caller

I was apply for an apartment and he ask me to send the money to Western Union and it is a scam on innocent people. the address is 216 Atlanta Ave and 1385 Ormewood Ave SE, Atlanta GA 30316
