I always press 1 to talk to them to find who is behind this scam. They always hang up on me after 5-10secs. No matter what I say even if I tell them that I am in debt and need help.

Home Security could, in fact, be your own alarm company calling.
Out of Area could, in fact, be your Aunt Flossie calling from her mission trip in Botswana.
Member Services could, in fact, be an organization you belong to or a company you do business with.
Bill collector looking for a Person that does not live here could, in fact, be a bill collector looking for a Person that does not live here.

This is NOT a legit company and they will not take you off their list. They do not give a f..k who you are or if your number is on no call list. Every day they call people randomly, not YOU personally, to find if they can scam you into giving them your credit card number. If you swear or threaten them, then they will mark your number to call you more often for annoyance only! When you press "1" to talk to them they will hang up.

Why should I spend my money on a call blocker device, when they are the ones violating the law.

I am so sick and tired of these calls. I have tried being nice,asking for number to be removed.
Tried not answering (there robo calls then got worse).  Even tried telling then that I was a minor or that I had 1 credit cards, all in collection. Today I waited for a human being, Indian I think, turned on the radio as loud as it would go and they heard "take this job and shove it". Do I feel sorry for the person on the other end of the phone...NO

I have gotten many of calls from card services.  I asked them to take my name off there list some time ago but they keep on calling with different phone numbers.

Robo call from 'Bank Card Services" "final warning before next billing cycle to lower your debt" etc. Scam. Uses other numbers, same female voice.

Getting many calls during the day - I never answer calls from unidentified numbers. If it's a legitimate call, they'll leave a voice mail. But of course, these never do. I wish all phone services had a "Block Number" feature.

How absolutely brilliant, every word you wrote is true, i am so sick of people shooting (as you rightly say) off their mouths without any knowledge about the situation.These are very sophisticated  criminals who keep calling with the hope that maybe every 40th person called will be a major sucker.Why does it always come down to politics?
I honestly think there are too many people who hate the thought of a BLACK MAN  in the WHITE HOUSE.Get over it, he won fair and square not once- but twice.We have a difficult enough time trying to stop terrorists,a few scam calls are nothing compared to that.. It's extremely difficult to find these criminals, they manage to be one step.ahead of the law always.

Recorded woman offering to lower interest rates just called 45 minutes ago. I'm a DNC List Registrant so I issued a complaint.

I alway press #2 to remove my # from call list and they still keep calling.

You did an excellent job in keeping record of all of the calls that you received, I am going to start doing the same. Again Thank you for what you did.

I  have  been   getting  this  call  every day   for  the   past    month,   sometimes  they  even  call   every   15  minutes.   It's  annoying  because   I  miss   IMPORTANT     calls.    I  pressed    1   like  it  requested   and    a    man   asked   me   ''  Why    I    decided   to  press    1  ?  ''    I  told him    I  was   hoping to  talk  to  a  REAL  person  to    warn   them    I'm   sending  this   number to  the   ATTORNEY  GENERAL'S    OFFICE.    He  hung  up  right   away.
