Just got a call from this number.  Caller ID "Orange, CA"

you last called me from this spoofed number on August 6th, why have you waited so long to continue to TERRORIZE me? really, after six long years of your incessant calling in order to steal my personal information, so you can go to FREDRICK's of whoreleywood and get some fresh work clothes, why can't you ever be satisfied with the money I leave for you on the nightstand? is it because you are too busy servicing EDWARD SNOWDEN, and plotting to KILL THE PRESIDENT? or have all the high ranking government officials spoiled you rotten? why, oh why, oh why? has mr nsa really stolen you heart? is that why he refuses to turn you in for all your nefarious deeds? some day I will miss your calls, but not today, so please go choke on your own vomit

caller id said bank card srvcs gotten these before and i know its [***] cause they never say what credit card, and i have none, it is a recorded message with no option for them to stop. when i hit the option to talk to someone about it they answered shortly after i pushed the button and i said i want them to take me off the list cause by law(i read on another one of these) they have to have an option for us to opt out of getting these calls and before i said anymore she hung up on me.... really? a real business would have said sorry and taken me off the list.

Since everybody knows the Federal government has been tracking our calls and emails , why can't those basstards use those spying skills to catch , shut down and prosecute all those robo-calling asssholes ??????

Seems to me that would be a more acceptable use of tax-payer dollars than chasing phantom ghosts and occasional terrorists .

We all know they been watching us , we all know they they been lieing about it for years and we all know they can stop these illegal calls using illegal spying techniques .

Just got same scam from 714-551-6873. "...as it relates to the financial stimulus...".  This about the 30th call with this robo-call message.  No caller id, no company identified, etc.  I am on both state and federal Do Not Call registries. I have filed two complaints so far.  I have looked around on the web and it appears that the phone number they use changes frequently.  I know I have gotten multiple phone numbers from them. I did call the most recent number and was connected to another menu (which also doesn't identify the company or any thing else but does offer an option to be put on their do not call list, but I expect that I have screwed up and now they can consider me as "having done business with them".   I realize that the company(?) is illegal and doesn't give a flip about the law, but it also seems like the "Do Not Call Registry" complaint filing system falls into "scam" category as well at this point.

You DON"T speak for me nor MANY others that DO thank TOTC for listing those #s!!!! Furthermore WE'RE NOT INTERESTED in YOUR post!!!!!  Don't know why you even came to this site, it's for those of us that DO WANT information such as you oppose. So I suggest you STAY OFF these sites!

Got a call from 714-551-6873 on 8/21/13 Wed @ 11:44am which did NOT answer as do with all calls not familiar with. CID only showed from Orange, CA, but thanks to these sites & posts I now know where it's from. Our government IS NOT "for the people" or they would do something from these HARRASSING ph. calls we keep getting no matter what we do. They probably get a "kick back" off telemarketing!!

Called on 08/22/2013 @ 11:22 AM from Orange, CA. Caller ID shows Card Services. These bottom dwellers pretend to be affiliated with your credit card and promise to lower your APR. They call relentlessly from hundreds of numbers from all over the country. Rachel and her friends are the worst of all the scam callers.

This is a company with a pre-recorded message that says it is my last opportunity to lower my interest rate.  Until today I did not answer my phone but decided to tell them I was on the DNC list.  I was transferred to a "live" person.  I asked her to remove me from their call list and they hung up on me.

I have reported these people to the Attorney General (after a million calls from this number and me telling them to take the number off their call list because I am on the do not call list - which is a joke but that is not the topic of this thread ...)  Attorney General's office basically said there was nothing they could do .. be that as it may ... I do not see a reason to be polite so when they called this time I pressed one and when the the woman came on I hit her with about 8 really disgusting expletives and hung up.   Not surprisingly a minute later, I received a call through my privacy manager.  The caller was obviously the !@#*()% that I spoke AT, but the privacy call manager blocked the individuals personal PRIVATE number ...

I've been receiving these calls for at least two years although the number changes periodically.

I do have a Digitone Call Blocker, but These scamers come up with all sorts of New #s.

Caller ID said: Bank Card Services but, lady on the Phone Said Card Member Services.
Area code 714 is from CA.  the lady on the Phone said she was from Orlando, FL (with a definite Hispanic accent).  

This person was new and I strung her along to waste 8 minutes of her time.

They called back in less then 5 Minutes, but, Call Block took over from there :-) Bye-Bye

The only way to stop these is to make Phone Companies accountable!

Will someone, anyone throw these pigs in jail............and melt the keys.

We have received a call from this company Bank Cards Services 714-551-6873 three days in a row, and we are tired of the harassment. They call today again, and caller was very disrespectful when told not to call the house again. Calls needs to stop!!!!!

I received calls from this number for timeshare sales.

Received a call today from 714-551-6873 on my cell phone!  As I use pay-as-you-go, this number just cost me one minute of my allotted minutes. [***]!!!!!!!

Practicality. All legal means of dealing with these people are cumbersome and not very effective.
