- RogerJust rcv'd voicemail for verification code.
- Doug WilliamsThey called to leave a pin code for the 2 step verification process on my aol.com email account. It seemed like a good idea to have the 2-step verification process for security reasons, but then they wanted me to add the 2-step process to some apps for the phone and a couple of other things, so I changed my mind and now I just sign in using my password. I was hacked once on my yahoo.com email account, so now I change my passwords every other month or so on my email accounts. That seems to be the best way to stop hackers, or maybe get a password manager.
- KimCalled me to verify that I changed my Hot mail account password, its valid in most cases

- BryanThis is the number that called back with a security code for verification to reset a password on one of our Microsoft accounts. Its an automated phone system. If you weren't expecting the call its likely someone may have used your phone number by mistake. Based on what other comments have said its likely a service utilized by a number of different companies for the same function.

- FrankeI had to change my password on Hotmail/Microsoft and that called back from this number with my verification code to enter on their site. This was not a scam call or telemarkter.

- SamthemanIt is used by Microsoft Outlook Email account that uses a two- step verification security process to make sure it is your account. It is a great security feature where if someone was trying to get into your account from an unknown computer they call your number and give you a seven digit number to put in and get into your Email account to make sure it is you. If I erase my cookies or use a different browser it will kick in the two-step verification code.
- MadisonI recently had someone ask me to call the number for them to get a verification code for them. I did and everything seemed fine but now I am concerned. Can any personal information of mine be retrieved from this company?
