Nickels and Grants, page 12, summons and court date, two charges of check fraud against me (totally not true) blah, blah, blah. They were very threatening and I've been upset all day. I am in debt, have been unemployed for a long time but I am not dishonest. I would like to see a class action lawsuit against these unethical jerks. I can do nothing by myself because I have hit rock bottom. Who  do these guys think they are to threaten, harrass, and make false accusations againest people who have lost everything in this lousy economy? We have enough problems without their crap. I made a police report and I suggest to others that they do the same.

do no give your credit card numbers to these people. end of story. these are bill collectors..which is fine but call your company and make arrangements with them.   they are not suppose to be calling your firm and harrassing employees....this really has to stop.

Do not feed into intimidation and do not give these people your credit card number. They are not supposed to be calling your company.

You do not need to call any attorney..just get a new phone number.

I can't find this firm either...I've been looking for this firm myself for months.

I had a call in November 2010 from these people who told me the same things, called the police department in the county where I live and was told it was a scam and not to pay them. They have still been calling me for a year and four months. Pretty sure if I was going to be arrested it would have happened by now. I had my husband call and act like he was going to pay them, when he asked for copies of the papers that I was supposed to of had with that company they said it was my responsibility to have those documents. He told them with out proof that there ever was a loan there would be no payment. I was hysterical at work when I very first received the phone call, there was no way i would ever go to jail. Just DO NOT EVER PAY THEM, it is a scam!!!

i dont answer unknown phone numbers but this one decided to actually leave a message!  He said my social security number and bank account information may have been compromised due to possible fraud that probably happened on the internet! and to call this 1800 number to speak w/a representative.  why wouldnt my bank just call me if this were true?? a holes!!!  i might just call from an unknown number to see what they are talking about!

Monday March 19, 2012. They left a voicemail on my work phone saying my Name and SS# may have been complomised. Asked me to call 888-472-2812 to get it resolved.  However they never mentioned my name at all in the message or my SS or any of its digits. I also have not found any info on this company, so i will disregard the message and see if they call again. I am no longer scared because this has happened before where they call and harrass people for nothing.

Somebody from this number called me a [***]...so now for sure he will not be getting my credit or debit card number...they will not give you information...he called me a [***]..

The guy just called me a [***]....would not tell me what it was in reference to..just called me a [***]...

Professional law firms do not call people [***]...I work for one.

They are not supposed to be threatening you at all...If you owe money call the company you owe money to and make arrangements

They are a collection agency because the guy called me a [***]...
I asked him what it was about, he said you owe money I said when could not give
me the information, I said for who could not give me the information...

Law firms do not do these things

He called me a [***] so it does not appear to be a law firm..It's a collection agency...Do not give them any of your personal numbers.

They appear to be a collections agency..Just pay the company/if you owe money--do not speak to these people.....

My bank account information was not correct...and he called me a [***] so that's it for that call and number will be changed

Said they were calling regarding a legal matter for one of our employees.
Told them to contact that person at home
