Got a call from this number today, never had a Macys card of any kind. Additionally, I don't give out my cell number to anyone..especially merchants. I must be on a list of some kind as I have never signed up for anything from Macys.
There was a16 second voicemail that was blank.

Receive calls five times a day and does not a message. Very annoying and got no manners. If the call is ligit just leave a message and dont play stupid. Very stupid caller.

I get daily calls at my office from 727-556-5492 & I want them stopped!!!  I'm going to report this # to the BBB.

We are a place of business and get numerous calls daily from 727-556-5492.  No one speaks when we answer the phone and this is very disruptive to our daily business.

Repeated calls looking for someone else

I get  three or four calls everyday from this number.  They never say anything when I answer and if I don't answer they never leave a message.

OMG!  I get calls at work and on my cell at least 3-4 times a day.  FIrst there's silence and then a recording.  When I see this number on my phone, I usually pick up the receiver and hang up immediately.  However, I finally decided to tell the operator off.  When I did get an operator, he was from India.   I told him I owed a few $$'s on my Macy's card and wasn't late on a payment and would pay when before the due date.  So, leave me a lone, take my number off your list!!  I'm sure it's a scam to get your banking information, since he said he would take my payment over the phone.  I hope these calls stop soon..they are extremely annoying and harrassing!!  GET A LIFE WHOEVER YOU ARE!!

Don't calling me, and not answering!!

They are fraud....
I never late my payment, it was not due yet.
Still they ask me to pay my payment over the phone using my bank account.
If I did not pay today, my case go to collection dpt..????
They even had my last name is wrong...

What are they?

They have called me 3 times today on my cell. No one there.  I live in Ohio, but am visiting Florida for a few days.

This Facs group is kept called to my phone for few month, it is haraz,

MCCS, it's the [***] at Macy's Credit Card Services who want me to make a late payment on a fee that was imposed after a late payment was already made to pay the balance due last month.  They can go to hell if they think I am going to pay a late payment that is due on a past due balance that has been paid.  It won't be paid until the balance due date this month and not a day before.

Repeat calling no message and I have not ever answered.

I have confirmed this is from Macy's CC Services. I do not have a late balance, but they have been calling me 5 times a day for the last several days. They do not leave a message. I am extremely upset at their business practices, and have made it clear that I will report them to the FTC if I get further calls.

i do not know these people.  do not know anyone from that state.

They call me a few times a month(usually on a Sunday), but they do not leave a message.  It seems like they are probably Macys(from all the research I've done on this number), but I closed my account over eight years.  I'm going to give this number to my attorney in New York so they can stop these harrassing phone calls.  They should at least leave a message and let me know why they are calling...  Can't wait until tomorrow(Monday), so I will be able to take care of them!!

have been receiving irritating calls from this number at least 4 x a day.one time i picked up  ,i pretended to be my cousin who they were looking for. and i insisted to know  why they were calling. she said it's personal business and i should have my cousin call them.i told the lady my cousin was not interested in their "businesses" and that they should stop calling!and she went on and on urguing with me how vital it was,finally i hang up with strict warning for them not to call again.but they never heeded....as we're still getting these annoying calls.how can one block these scammers????

I get phone calls all the time from numbers out of my area... I NEVER ANSWER THEM period and they NEVER leave a message. I don't worry about it and they quit calling after a while.
