I have been a customer, for about 8 years , I am on work comp. I hurt mysefe at work but still was able to pay my credit card payment only the min. Now that I pay in full , they didn't say nothing until I pay all . My credit came from $2000.00 to $100.00. Never been late , what can you buy at Macy's nothing I think I'll cut card in half ,,,...

Getting 6-8 calls per day on my fax line from this number. We do not even have an account with Macys and will never shop there due to the EXTREMELY irritating calls on fax machine!

Told me that they were calling regarding a "past due" Macy's credit card payment. For a Macy's card that is NOT past due. Wanted the last four digits of my social security number.... HELL NO! TOTAL SCAM!  

Or 1. your getting calls because someone gave out your number as their number when they signed up.
2. You have recently gotten a new phone number (cell phone or land linke) that belonged to the person they are trying to reach.

For pete's sake folk.  quickest and easiest way to stop these calls from happening at all is to either pay off your card each month  OR politely let the caller know the phone number they are trying to reach no longer belongs to the person they are looking for.  It does stop the calls.

TOTAL SCAM - anyone saying it is really Macy's is part of the scam.

I have asked them to remove my number repeatedly but they continue to call every 2 or 3 hours.

Got a call from 727-556-5492 telling me I have a past due account with Macy's of over $400.00 and demanded payment over the phone. I said I know I have a zero balance. I said I'm not paying a dime. She got belligerent with me and I hung up. I called Macy's and found I was correct that I have a zero balance. I gave them the phone number and they said it was not affiliated with them and they would turn it over to their Fraud Department.

My Caller ID shows "FACS Group" - whatever that is.
I've had the following calls:
3/3 at 8:13 AM
3/5 at 8:06 AM, 4:38 PM
3/6 at 8:52 AM, 10:07 AM
3/7 at 5:36 PM
3/8 at 12:57 PM

It's now blocked.

I have been receiving calls from this number daily and my Macy's account is up to date.  I have never been late.  I think it's a promotional call which I am not interested in AT ALL.  

I too am suffering from these calls.. day and night and I live in the North West Territories of Canada,,, (Artic Circle area) and they are harassing me up here . I do have a Macys card and it only ever had one charge and was  paid off immediately but these folks keep saying it was a late payment and that I owe an amount that doubles each month because of the late fee.  Last call I asked them to send me a full statement showing my balances.  I am at wits end with these guys... it will be weeks before mail will get to me and the calls continue even though I said I will pay nothing until I get an official Macys statement.  

Getting calls from both 727.556.5492, AND 513.754.9822  Macy's.  Looking for a relative who lives in another state.  pffft!!

I also got a call from this number today.  I went online and checked my bill.  It's not due until 6/17.  Today is only 5/25.  WTF

several calls in the past few days from this as well as 513 7549841.  i tried to call back and got the same recorded message everyone else is reporting.  I just reopened my macy's account and the balance wasn't due until June 16.  It's only May 25.  i emailed fraud@macys.com about this.

Turned out to be a real person (from Philippines)  who really works for Macy's, as my account was three days past due.  HOWEVER, two problems, they said I had purchased stuff at a store I did not use on a date that was not possible for me to buy on.  I accused them of fraud and hung up on them.  

Then I called the 1-866 macy's support number (got a person in the USA), and found that I really did have a balance due, and they identified the right store and date.  The USA office even showed the transcript of the conversation I had with the Philippines office, which I assumed was a fraud as they had the date and store wrong, but the conversation was all noted, except the erroneous information they had shared with me.  The USA office was pleasant to deal with and fixed things quickly.

I have received many of these calls and from other phone numbers similar to this one supposedly to be Macy's - they are not.  If you have any concern over your Macy's account call the number on the back of your Macy's card.

Repeated calls with no one on line from this number including today at 8 am

I have NO Macys or Bloomie's card but they keep calling from different numbers.  Most of the time they leave no message.  When they do, it is a recorded woman's voice saying to call the number back about a "personal business matter".  Today this number called my cell at 8:34 am and left no message.  I've blocked it.  They have also called from 513-573-8739 and 800-243-8412.
