Call a few times daily. I do not pick up. I do not recognize # or caller. Call comes through as MCCS on caller id with this # 727-556-5492.

Just install the AT&T Free app. It’s called I.D. Protect. It blocks calls like that. They’ve called me several times, and NEVER leave voicemail.

This must be some kind of a computer set up because since 27 Feb 2018 - 3 Mar 2018,  calls come in same time everyday and up to 4 times a day.  I will be blocking this number.  The other number that comes in is 513-754-9852, which is also from the same name.

It probably IS Macy's from what I've read here - I forgot to make my payment last month...  so I wouldn't say it's a scam.

This isn’t Macy’s or Bloomingdales. I just checked their website and they have had data breaches. Any call, email or text that asks you for your full social or credit card number is a scam. No legitimate company will ever ask for that kind of information ever this way.

It’s not Macys. I just called it back and t asks you to enter your full credit c are or social security number. Macy’s has a data breach. It’s a scam. Hopefully you didn’t give them anything!
