    Refusal to Pay
So they called and I would not go along. They said they would note me as a Refusal to Pay and that they would take further action.

Well guess what. These people (Gambill, Marauder, CPS, whatever they call themselves today) can't do much.

First, they never take you to court. Never. Do some searches, they don't because they will lose. Also, Ryon Gambill has a criminal record and some outstanding warrants that the judge may not like.

Second, the best he can really do is mess with your Experian. Well, guess what, you can raise hell with Experian over this. Do some searches, Experian gets sued for this from time to time and they pay. They will also delete him from your report, they just must write him off as the cost of doing business.

Third, what he does is harassment. Take the time to file a criminal complaint with your local police. Pretty soon he'll have warrants waiting everywhere and that will be the end of him.

So be like me and refuse to pay. This guy is a crook and the debts are just bogus.

This is a collection company "Collection Protection Services". They attempt to collect for Cash Advance Now, a shady group Aka: Capital Collections of Miami Fl.  They have quite an impressive criminal resume.

Additionally , they have numerous judgements against them in Federal Courts accross the U.S.

Collection Protection Services claims to be located in Rancho Mirage, CA. However, that is inconsistent with the phone number on the caller ID. (760) 423-1100 is not a California phone number.

There could be a connection to the crooks using (760) 213-1226 (google) they also use(800) 460-0082

Best advice check out Pay Day Loan companies before you get in bed with them. Their are some reputable companies out there ie: Ace Cash Express, Cash Central.

Finally, take control of your life and do not worry about the idol threats theses crooks make. Tell them to sue you. They want dare set foot in a court room because light scares [***] roachesand their illegal activities will be exposeded and there is a orange jump suit just waiting for them.

Inform your employer, family, friends that these crooks and their scam is well documented on the FBI website.

    The Late Agent Coulson
These people are in California, they operate out of Ryon Gambill's home in Palm Desert. Google it.

The fun thing is both Gambill and his "assistant" Ray Wrightsman seem to have criminal records.

Gambill - harassment. Wrightsman - domestic abuse. "When did you stop beating your wife?"

Anyway you can read more about them here:

    http://7604231100watch.blogspot.com/2012/05/7 ... -convicted.html

The way to beat them is to complain to Experian and then sue. Sue in Small Claims Court. Experian operates in every state of the union so they have to answer. They can't send their fancy pants lawyers so they will have to spend more money on having an Experian employee travel. Gambill and Wrightsman take your credit report without permissible purpose, that's worth $1,000 as a violation of the FDCPA right there.

Eventually Experian will have so much repetitional trouble that they will drop Gambill, Wrightsman and the Marauder, Bill Collector in a Box and CPS companies.

    Please Go Away
They call here all the time looking for a former employee. We don't know where the employee is.

Now that we've read this, we have some fun with them, asking them whose turn it is that day to squeal like a pig and if the REAL CPS has come out to deal with the wife beating. They don't call back as much.

Consumers across the country report that they're getting telephone calls from people trying to collect on loans the consumers never received or on loans they did receive but for amounts they do not owe. Others are receiving calls from people seeking to recover on loans consumers received but where the creditors never authorized the callers to collect for them. So what's the story?

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

    is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
    refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:
Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.

Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.

Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft – charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.

Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate – but you think the collector may not be – contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.

Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.>

Today Melissa called my job to verify my employment that they were going to start proceedings on my check garnishment. I got on the phone and she had all my information, and stated i owed on a cash now loan from years ago. They claimed that they sent me mail and since it was not sent back then i owe this money! First of all, who does she think she is telling my boss any info on me! I got flustered and hung up and she called my cell and left a message for me to call back so we can talk as adults and i can send money! I asked her to fax me over the paperwork and she said she can't do that since it was mailed. Anyone know how the hell these people can get all my personal info????? And how do u get them from stop calling and harassing me?

All they will do is call you and put it on your Experian.

Report their calls as harassment. He has at least one warrant out already.

Then, complain, IN WRITING to Experian and tell Experian you never owed the debt. You can also sue Experian for $1,000 for violating the fair debt law.

Trust me, Ryon Gambill never sues any debtor. He just makes empty threats and harasses people.

    and

    ryongambillwatch.blogspot.com

And you'll learn about these people. Most important, though, is that THEY NEVER SUE YOU FOR A DEBT. It is all empty threats. Gambill has outstanding arrest warrants on him, so he can't appear in court.

The worst they can do is put the debt on Experian. Well just sue Experian if they do that. Experian will settle out of court. If you do it now, a nice way to pay the Christmas debts off!

    Judge Judy
You won't have to appear before a Riverside judge as they have no case against you. They won't file one either. Gambill has tried to declare bankruptcy and it got tossed. He tried suing consumer advocate Budd Hibbs and his lawyer was disqualified.

He has been convicted of harassment and has outstanding arrest warrants for harassment too.

If you are in Riverside county, go ahead and sue him. He lives at 75142 La Sierra Drive in Palm Desert. Sue Experian if he has accessed your Experian or put a debt on there.

The honest way to truly get them to quit calling you, is to actually pay your bills and quit getting loans from there clients!!!!!! If you truly feel that you have paid all of your debts out there in the world then fax them proof of the receipts that you have showing you truly don't owe on the debts of yours that they have in there office. I'am not trying to stick up for them, but I have worked for a collection company in the past and I can honestly tell you that it would be illegal for them to collect on anything that they can't provide the correct documentation upon your request. So just remember if you truly don't want cps, maurder corp, nationwide capital recovery, check protection services calling you to get you to be honest and pay the debts that you honestly have with there clients!!!! The company gets your information because thats the information that you provided to there clients apon your request for the loan that there clients provided you with.!!!!!! So instead of getting mad at the people that work there,  just remember that they are only doing there jobs!!!!! We all need to be reminded some times about old bills that we truly owe on thats out there in our world. Especially if it is something that we truly forgot about cause we ended up going through something in our life that was more important than any bills.
