Then, send copies of all that, with a cover letter, to Abril Turner and Don Robert at Experian in Costa Mesa.

Give them 10 business days. Then sue them.

This number called my mother's house looking for my son, they stated they were with "CPS". She almost had a heart attack. They asked her what my son was wearing and what type of vehicle he drove. When I called this number and asked what type of company this was, they would not say; they kept asking for a case number or name. I stated I would not give information until I knew who I was talking to, they said they were gonna send a rep over to my house and then hung up. I called back, the man answered....what do you want.....who's this.....asked if I spoke English started being racist, using a "Mexican" voice...saying these Mexicans come from the border......very very racist and rude.....

I too received a call from them last year and I disputed this with experian they todld me this was a legitimate debt  until i notice a change on my credit report first it was marauder thenm it changed to nationwide capital recovery and I contacted the better business bureau a couple of weeks agao they then sent me a response to the complaint this ryon gambill had the nerve to say we all have experience some personal credit setback but I notice that the amount has been lowered than what is listed on the credit report he must be getting depersate for money and then I was looking for something and I came across a letter dated in May of 2012 and it was from nationwide capital recovery the letter does note even look like a legimate debt collector letter
I tried calling this ryon gambill from the letter the better business bureau sent and I was told that my file is locked why would my file be locked I mean if you call on the account why would ryon gambill have it lock and you can only speak to him which he never picks up only an answering machine. So I am courious who do we contact if we have received calls from these morons

This lady keeps calling my number for someone else so i told her today on her voice mail " LOOK LADY I HAVE NO IDEA WHO YOU ARE LOOKING FOR OR TRYING TO CONTACT BUT THIS IS NO THERE NUMBER I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO STOP CALLING ME". Have not got a call back yet... lmao

Just started working there and had a very bad feeling about it. Glad I found this. These people act like tb ey are sending someone out to arrest them! The debts are from 2004 in some cases!

They also can't pretend to be investigators or affiliated with law enforcement or government offices. They cannot say they are sending someone out to you or give others the impression you are in legal trouble.

They are just collecting, but they try to make it sound like you're really in legal trouble. They'll tell you that they are investigating you for fraud.

I keep getting a call from this scammer organization. The funny/awful thing is, they are calling for the person who had this number 4 and a half years ago so I know they are not in any way reputable. They leave practically incoherent messages saying to call them back and that they are from 'CPS' and leaving a case number. These people are scam artists, do not give them your information or your money.

they are getting desperate I notice that they have gone from Nationwide Capital Rcovery to CPS I got a call last week 10/23/13 from John Largo and then today 10/31/13 asking me to call I believe they are being investigated I filed a complaint with the attorney general office a couple of days ago and also the FTC so I think they are just trying to survive since everyone knows about ryon gambill aka john forsythe and so on there are so many conplaints out there I wonder if the FBI knows. They have added a new one to the list Sean with an Irish accent he calledme today 10/31/13 I called them and said who are you today Ryon, Ron, John he then replied I know who you are that is a little creepy for me I hope that they are stopped and this illegal operation is shut down and yes I am going to sue them I am going to file a complaint with small claims in the next few days

That is who contacted me back in late July of 2012 then out of the blue I received a call from them back on October 23rd right after they hit my transunion report the caller was from investigator John Forsythe and the company they used was CPS so. Just filed a complaint withe the FCRA and the attorney general office in my state of Massachusetts I just received a letter from them today November 2 and my complaint was referred to the consumer affair at the mayors office so let's hope I get somewhere with this my next step is to sue experian & transunion  and I am filing the paperwork next week will keep you posted.

we are getting this number calling . says cps 760-423-1100 ext. 135. they keep calling . says his name is. Nate Diaz. well sounds like that . he talks very fast. gives a case  number and says we need to call back . sounds like hes rushing to get the message out fast . kinda like he dont want us to understand so we call back. We are afraid to call because of the comments saying its a scam. so we are not calling back. we dont have kids so it cant be the cps we think it is. what is this , is it a collection agency. shouldnt they say the name of the agency not just the cps part?

They called me about a water bill from last year; I called DWP and they confirmed that CPS. Collects for them. I asked CPS why there is 30-40 posts saying they're a scam outfit and they explained they manage $750,000,000.00 in delinquent debt for over 1 million customers. I run a doctors office with about 1000 patients and we get complaints simply for demanding they pay their 25 dollar co pay. I think it sucks that people want our services, but when we call to get paid they get all nasty and write false bullcrap on the web to detract from the fact that they have stolen from someone. Are you people serious about this shameful behavior? I'm not saying they were nice, sweet, or non threatening but who would be nice when a bunch of deadbeat gossipers talk [***] about people that go to work every day and deal with scam artists like the people that post here. Shame on every one of you thieves!
