They are calling my place of employment stating they have a file and her name is Emily Cash. How funny is that. They are lookng for cash and that is her name. I had this happen a year ago. Made the  mistake of giving them money. So now they think I will give it too them again. But I have contacted the Police and filed charges against them.

Ask him what it is like to have to live off his new girlfriend, Christina Troll.

Ask him about his criminal record and outstanding arrest warrants.

And at the end of the day, refuse to pay him anything. Taunt him every time he calls. If it is not him, tell the caller is a little homeless boy now. Ask then how much they like working for a convicted criminal.

They are crooks, liars, and a sorry group of people. My only regret is that I was once associated with them. Ryon is broke?  He doesn't appear to be broke having vacationed in Europe this summer with his girlfriend. He doesn't appear broke when I see him driving his escalade around town, or lots of money in his.pocket, or his shiny gold Rolex.

A nice woman called me today stating that I owe $150.00 plus interest on a pay day lone in 2009 . She also knew information about me like my email address and every thing so I took her about her client wanted to start proceeding on me. But, now I think about it somebody last year try to do the same thing. The lady called from CPS at first I thought it was from child protected service. So, now I have to cancel my card and change my phone number again.

How old is the Escalade? It may not be worth that much.

Yes, he had a Facebook page of the vacation, all standard tourist spots, too bad someone "lamped" the page and he took it down.

The truth of the matter is that he lost his home. He bought it in 2005. There have been no real estate purchases in his name recently. The blown up bankruptcy, the criminal conviction, the outstanding arrest warrant, the lawsuits all hurt his credit. The details of his (pending?) divorce are not known, but Kim is going to get about half of whatever Ryon had.

Yes, the California real estate market sucks, but Gambill ATE the equity in his home. It was sold for less than he paid for it. A smart businessman would have done everything to keep that from happening.

Is Christina Troll the best Ryon Gambill can do? It seems both of them have chemical dependency issues.

Its a few years I'm guessing, but not terribly old. His trip was 5 star and not routine by any definition.

1) Where is it physically (address)?

2) Where does he live now (address)?

3) What are his home and cell numbers?

4) Where does he have his bank account?

5) Can you give examples of his illegal activity?

And so on. Please respond you will be helping the people he harasses and victimizes.

Report them to CPS-they will make them stop pretending to be CPS.

While you are at it, make fun of the company. Ryon Gambill lost his house in foreclosure. He has a criminal record. He has outstanding arrest warrants. He can't get custody of his daughter.

how do they get the information? are they paying for the information from experian? and how can you get this remove from your credit report? how come no one is answering the phone now only keep getting voicemail?

We've been after Gambill for years.

Any information would be appreciated-and you'll be helping others.

If you want to get it off of Experian you have to go through a process. The first part is to complain, and you have to be kind of forceful about it.

They will make you send something in writing, do it, by certified mail. Make sure you send copies (so you will need 3 certified letters) to Abril Turner (the lawyer who handles Marauder cases) and Don Robert (CEO of Experian) at the Anton Blvd address in Costa Mesa CA (your info probably goes to an address in TX).

Give them about 2 weeks. Then unleash hell. Sue them-you can do it in small claims court, but there are consumer lawyers who might do it. Complain to the CFPB, your state attorney general, the California attorney general, the Better Business bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.

Your argument is that the debt is not valid and that Marauder accessed your report without a permissible purpose (violating the law)

can you go to the small claims court where you live ? I have already filed a complaint with the better business bureau & the Federal Trade Commisison I also saw where someone else just went through the same thing and they have email addresses for  for 4 of the CEO of experian so I sent an email to 2 of them because the other 2 left experian so should I send a certified letter to the attorney that handles marauder nefore filing a claim at small court.
