Not sure why they would call and threaten my freedom like that soooo not cool!

Paralegal calls and tells me to call Michael Carter, senior attorney back at the same number she's calling from instead of just passing the phone to him because he standing right there!

I called back and a man with an accent gets on the line claiming to be the Senior Attorney for some loan company and I was being served papers and I need to get in contact with my job and to let everyone know what I had done.

Oh yeah he also asked if the Sheriff's Dept. contact me yet? He said I had a warrant for my arrest and that I would be arrested. Then he said any questions? I tried to ask questions and he cut me off everytime and then hung up on me. Now he won't answer the phone!

Called and left rude message at my work.  Called back and no answer..........

omg they just called me too sayin the same thing that i had a warrant for my arrest that the sherriff was gonna pick  me up at 11am on June 6 at my  house , im am disable , i  had an panic ,anxiety attack so i called a bailsbond here in orlando fl to see if i had a warrant n i all so called the sherriff to see if i all so  had a warrant n they  told me no that i have no warrants at all, that is not funny they need to stop makin phones calls like that

Just receive a call at work stating the same thing as above.  I have no clue who this is nor how they know so much about me

I just received this same call stating that I need to get in touch with his senior attorney Michael Carter at the same number he called me from because they need my attorney's information because I have a law suit against my name and ssn. I don't play around like this and will take it as far as I can until I find out who this is.

I just received a call from this number at my job....I have no idea who these people are or how they know so much about me. They said I have a lawsuit against my name and SS number and that I needed to call Michael Carter and speak to him about my case. I have VERY bad anxiety, so of course this sent me into a straight anxiety attack!! NOT COOL AT ALL

This Michael Carter called my business and left a message for call about a legal invest that involves me.....He needs STOP!! And he will not answer the phone now.

These people are a joke and must be from some collection agency and they cannot issue a warrant for your arrest for a debt.... This is a scare tactic and are trying to scare people. do not fall for it...

just got a call from 760-440-5421 stating that i would be arrested on june 6th, at first i was confused because i couldnt understand a word she said to me, also i dont remember the last time i heard of someone calling you to tell you that you would be arrested, once i googled this number and saw other blogs i laughed, but i would like to find out how they actually have my social number and info, internet isnt safe clearly?

Harrased me at work saying im going to be arrested and just really rude. Tried to call back but nothing  how do I block this number from. My work and my cell? Saying  some kind of legal matter against me?? ,how did they even get my work number?? Something about a micheal Carter!

Omg! Same thing here... I'm scarred... Hes got my social....

i just recieved a call from them too stating that if i didnt get back to them being that it was a time sensitive issue that the situation would unfold from me. and that he felt sorry for me

I also received a call both at work and home. Is there anything we can do legally?

Threatening call by Pearcy Jackson asking for my attorney and when I called back, I was threatened with a subpoena and a lawsuit but would not say what it was about and who he was calling on behalf of.  He said if I don't return the call, he was threatening again as to my life as this unfolds.  I returned the call and no information was given other than a lawsuit.  This is definitely a scam and they should be investigated!

Oh wow... I had the same words "time sensitive".  This is a scam for sure.

oh im  ok they just keep callin my phone tellin me the same thing , n i losin my voice cuz i keep goin off on them apparently they havin fun doin that i program there phone in my phone so when they call my voice mail automatically pick it up , im about to change my number soon

These a**holes have the nerve to harrass and threaten people without cause.. I dont know how the hell they are able to get away with this.. After readin everyone else's comments, I cant believe they still have the audasity to pull this **it off.. When will these people b stopped.

LOL? They got me uneasy for a day too! Now it's time to "unleash" as was said in my phone call on them! They are also using the name Alvin Joseph for their head counsole! Soooooo not cool!

Just got a call from Michael's attorney office, a lady left a voice mail and a man answered stating that I was going to need all the luck I can to get out of this.

I TOLD HIM THE FBI WAS TAPPING THIS LINE AND THEY KNOW WHERE THEY ARE AND THEY IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP!
