Extremely disappointed and utterly inconvenienced that Hop House Stood Us Up.
It is wrong to schedule AND confirm donation pickups, have donator take everything to the curb, then NOT show up. Now I must haul everything back up my long gravel driveway and back into the house before it rains!

These [***] woke me up this morning.  And they hung up on me!
They have called me hundreds of times.  WTF

they just won't stop no matter what you say - i'll donate to others but never again to this rude and annoying group.  also can't find records of their income, donations, salaries and operating costs.  these people need to be fully investigated by the feds!

Quit Calling please.  We receive 3-4 calls every week and even if answered, the call was autodialed and no one is on the other end.  This is harassment and even if a legitimate charity, will not receive support using this method of reaching potential donors.  We are on the DNC list, but if you can't get a human on the other end, I guess the rules do not apply... I can't even tell anyone to remove us.

Hope House and NSPIRE call our house multiple times a day.  I will never answer their calls and I wouldn't give them even 1 penny of my hard-earned money.  There was a very telling news report about them recently and it just confirmed my suspicions....... they line their own pockets.  Crooks.

It's very annoying. They call to talk to my mom and I asked them to take me off the calling list, but a man keeps calling. It's very annoying... I don't know what a HOPE HOUSE is...

They call constantly!  I am trying to block their phone calls. Hopefully, this works.

Calls my cell 2 times a day.  Very annoying.  If you call the number back no one answers.

Anyone have an address for the location of this phone?  They have been harrasing us and it's time for some payback.  Physical payback I mean.  Get me and address and we'll put this to stop for good.

I was cursed and told that I would be called every day when I asked to be taken off their list.  If I donate it won't be to HOPE HOUSE.  I also registered on the DNC registry. The registry does not cover so called charities such as HOPE HOUSE.  I hope that this changes and would include charities because they don't have the right to harass and I've read many comments and they are all the same.   I hope that if someone wants to give to a charity that they research and find legitimate organizations that monitor what is being said.  Why would anyone want to give to HOPE HOUSE?  In fact, it deters many from donating to any organization. SHAME ON YOU!!  If they were legitimate they would handle these complaints and clear their name.

They are not legitimate!  I could use some help with triplets and a son with autism, but instead I am being harassed and am called daily.

I have donated to them, will have to check this out.

I  called on a Saturday and got their answer machine.  Left a message which I recordered (legal to do that) that I am over the age of 65 and that I considered their repeated calls (38 Nspire and Hope House) to constitute "elder abuse" under GA law - a felony crime which carrys a prison term of 1 to 10 years upon conviction.  They stop their calls.   They are located in Lawrenceville, GA.  A possible pay back is to tell them you have some stuff to donate and ask them to make a pickup appointment at your house.  Have shoe box with one item in it.  If they do show up use your cell phone to take pictures and tell them it is for police report you will fle.  Be sure to get a photo of the vehicle tag number.  If they get nasty with you, do call the police.

I have asked them to stop calling many times also. You are only fooling yourself if you think a group claiming to be a charity is a good one if they have total disregard to your request to be removed from their calling.

Left one message several weeks ago.  Returned call and told them to remove our phone number from their list as we are seniors without money and need help ourselves.  Also, told them reporting and if they continued, number would be blocked which will have to do. Charities should not be allowed to do robot calls but call in person with a real person speaking. Would love to see law enacted that banned robot calls period and carry large fines.

I am on the DNC list and this organization has been calling me several times a day for years. I have called them and personally asked to be taken off of their list; it worked for a few weeks and then they were at it again. Why has nothing been done about this terrible scourge?
