It's Medco, the prescription provider for UHC and a lot of companies. They're trying to sell you on the idea of doing mail order prescriptions, although it saves you no money and is a big hassle, so they can save money. There are too many mix ups and late arrivals with mail order prescriptions to make them reliable for something most people need.

Yup, it's Medco. I have United Health Care so that's no surprise. No message left.

Lovely.  They've called me everyday for a week, and I keep waiting for the caller to leave a message.
Never happens.
Next time they call, I'll pick up.  Depending on my mood at that given moment, the person on the other end could have a bad day.

When I tried to call back, I continuously get a busy signal

Got a call again from 772-335-4498. "This is Liberty calling. If you are the Liberty patient or the authorized contact for the patient please press 1. This is Liberty we are concerned that you may be running low on your supplies please call Liberty at your earliest convenience, simply call 1-800-467-8546." Here's the thing, we told Liberty we could not use their services due to the fact that our insurance would not cover it. So what's the deal? I guess we will have to try again , maybe this time it will stick !

Just got the second call from this number this week. Each time I answer and say hello, the caller hangs up. Rude and aggravating!

I want to report this company keeps calling everyday

Medco does prescription-by-mail coverage for several different insurance companies.  They are relentless to tell you the "benefits" of using their service.  A major pain.... and they NEVER stop calling!  I have reported them to my insurance company as a nuisance.

When someone came on line they asked for me by name. I didn't say yea or nay, but asked "who are you?" The person hung up on me.

I got a call from 772-335-4498 on 26 November 2010. I was not at home at the time. It was on my caller ID listed as MEDCO Pharmacy. There was no message on my answering recorder. I called the number twice and got a busy signal. I called my MEDCO 800 number and the rep said there were no calls made from MEDCO to my home phone on that day I think it is a scam.  Reading some of the other posts I think it is someone trying to pilfer personal information. I also did a check on the number and it appears to belong to Cesare Zannini & Joanne Zannini at 222 SE VILLAGE DR, PORT SAINT LUCIE, FL 34952. I went to Google earth and that address looks like a bunch of quadra-plex apartments

They called 22, 23, 24, 26 and 27 Nov.  Left no message.

It's NOT a scam. It's Medco. I called the 800 number on my prescription drug benefit card, and I filed a complaint. I has worked. I haven't received any more calls from that number in about a month and a half. (Please see my two earlier posts.) Instead of complaining, DO something about it. Sheesh!

I was wondering about this call too. If as the post said  it's from medco. They have been calling seens
last spring. I don't answer call I don't know since I got caller id but I am sick of medco calling all the time. This should be stopped.

Oh my !!!!! this number does have to be reported to someone. From these post they are different companies so that says scam THAT IS SCAM LOUD AND CLEAR

I have also been receiving these calls, and I also have United Health Care. The caller did not leave a message so I don't know sure if it is Medco/Rite-Aid calling.    If the calls are to solicit business for prescriptions via mail, I wish they'd leave me alone.  I know about the option and if I want to opt for it I will - I don't need someone 'reminding' me.

also am getting calls a few times a week.  no one on the other line and no messages left.  i call back but only get a busy signal...i've used medco a few times for prescription refills but it was such a hassle i haven't done it since.  i also have united health care as my insurance provider.
