Their # showed up (again) on my phone, @ about 3:20pm on 7/22/11.  Told reception not to put them through anymore; to anyone!

Number appeared on caller ID while out of town.

This company calls all the time and does not leave messages.  How can we be on a DNC list and yet continue to get calls DAILY from this company?

Lookup the Call Blocker 10 at digitone dot com.  I love mine!  They block up to 80 incoming calls OR area codes..  I have yet to block a number (just GOT my first call from BVTM, and got here searching for the owner of the number since I couldn't figure out what BVTM was..), but you can block 800-xxx-xxxx and all 800 incoming calls will not ring to your phone at all..  They also block (if you use the included blocking) all "out of area," "TOLL FREE" and several other invalid CID signals.  

I have a home biz, so I bought two for $150 or so, one for each of my lines.  I don't work for digitone, but if you're bothered enough to take the time to look here, you're probably getting more than just one telemarketer, and $75 for a permanent solution is a cheap fix!

Thanks for the 3500 number.  She answered on the first ring, asked for the numbers (to and from) and said she would "let them know."  If this works, I owe you guys big time!

Great telemarketing firm. Wanted to send free IT magazines. I called the 3500 number posted here and spoke to a courteous and helpful operator who is taking my number off the list. All telemarketing firms should be so considerate. They did get my number legitimately at one point.

I constantly get this phone number showing up on my cell phone and home phone. I am on the "Do Not Call List," and yet I still get these annoying calls.

Have had several hang-ups on my cell phone in the last week.

I redialed 785-799-3900 and was told very politely, but persistantly, by the lady (Jennifer) that answered the phone at BVT that it was not possible that I dialed that number because it rang in on their administrative line and that number does not ring thru to there.  I assured her that I dialed 785-799-3900, because I was looking at my phone screen while we were talking, and that's the number that was displayed.  She still didn't believe me but would try to contact the appropriate people to take me off their call list.  We'll see.

I had the same issue with multiple calls and nobody on the other end. I followed the advice to call 785 799-3500 and they removed me from their listing...

tehy keep callign and no message...tehy are annoying..i ahve them on silent ringtone now...if they dane to call me again----i will SUE them....and will send an invoice for my mobile numbers minutes and my time...i work at 500/hr...minimum of 4 horus...so thats 2K plus cost of minutes...tiemes 4 calls or about 8003.00   go ahead asshoiles call me again

They called us again today wanting to speak to the owner.  I told them I handle everything in the office and they wanted my last name for auditing purposes.  I told them they didn't and wouldn't get my last name.  She said she would call back for the owner and I said, "you call back and I'll suit you".  He's never in the office.  We don't want a "free subscription".  Quite frankly, I don't think it's free.

I then called back to (785) 799-3500 and had our number removed.

They call several times and all hrs., even on Sunday.  Today Shen they called I answered, but didn't say anything.  I just kept pressing "7"in my phone.  On the other end I could hear s female keep saying "hello - hello", then, she said "fine, we'll just call you back, Fu** You!!.  Would love to file a law suit against them!  Not very professional!!!

Unfortunately, I've found out that non-profit fund raisers, such as cancer groups and groups that raise money for veterans, etc, are exempt from the DNC registry. You can ask to be placed on their list of people not to call, but it only lasts for a year; then they start calling again. The ONLY way to avoid getting soliciting calls is to kill the land line completely, but I heard that they can start calling cell phones now. There's no way to avoid this plague, I fear.
