For anyone having trouble receiving calls even after telling these people to stop calling, contact your States Attorney Office and tell them you want to file a complaint against the company for harassment.  Give them you’re on the national do not call list and provide the dates and times they continued to call and how often they bother you.  I received calls from a church and the States Attorney said they have the legal right to call me.  I asked them what is the difference from the right to call verses harassing me night and day?  They asked if I was willing to press charges and I said yes.  They wrote letters to the not for profit organization and they apologized for all the trouble they caused and promptly stopped calling me.  If enough people contact the States Attorney’s we’ll see more serious investigations taking place.

I have been called by the 1-785-799-3900 every day! A pain in the butt. I called the 1-785-799-3500 number today to be put on the Do Not Call List. Hopefully, this will be the last time they call me!

I have called this company FIVE times to remove my work number from their registry and they refuse to stop. What can a person do if the company refuses to stop calling?

These people call everyday, shows up on my caller ID as BVTM but they leave no message.

caller ID SAYS    PHONE.  THEN WHEN I ANSWER THE PHONE I HEAR CLICKING.  THEY ARE LISTENING TO MY PHONE CONVERSATIONS. THRU VOICE OVER TECHNOLOGY.  ARREST THE SCAMS ARTISTS.  DAVE SANTANGELO

Sounds good in theory but in real life the company just moves on to other numbers and keeps right on going.

This is obviously a response from BVTM and is nonsense.  They are NOT "legitimate." They ARE violating the Federal "Do not call" list if they call you and you're on the list. File a complaint. They are NOT "professional" - they are annoying telemarketers.

Receiving calls from BVTM every day. The Panasonic phone system with call block feature is a big help. Unfortunately, the number  of blocked calls is limited  to 30, and I exceeded that number during the recent primary  election! I can't wait until this election cycle is done. Mass telephone calls do not help any cause - they are just harassment, and won't lead me to help or vote for those making them, and i won't waste my time on any fake surveys. Quite the opposite.

THis is NOT a legit company, they are an illegally operating marketing firm. They are in regular violation of the Fed DO NOT CALL list. They ignore the federal statuates for this DNC standard.

If you are the "Do Not Call Registry" you need to go to the govs website and file a complaint, dates, times, number called. This stops them in a few days when the gov follows up.

They keep calling up to 5 times a day!  I answered this morning and no one was on the other line and then they hung up...

I am on the "do not call list for a reason. I do not want unsolicited calls.

I caled the 0 number and lady answered said it would be removed from their list!! Here's hoping!!
