Keeps calling my phone for a person who i dont know. Want these harrassing calls to stop now!!!!!

This number calls like 2-3 times a day... I'm always sleeping when they call... Anyways, I answered one time and they said they were calling for my mother... Idk how they would be calling my number for my mom... but what is mcm??

If you receive numerous calls that are unwated, there are steps that you can take.

1. Put yourself on the Do not call list, I know some of you say that it does not work, but I can assure you that it will help.
2. Ask the company, if you get a live person on the phone, to place you on the company do not call list and to prove you with there address so you can write a letter asking them to do so.
3. If the above two steps do not work,contact the FCC @ www.fcc.gov/complaints.  File a complaint.  The more complaints they get about all these people, the more they investigate and shut them down for violating FCC rules.

This company keeps calling my worki now asking for someone else. They wouldnt tell me who was calling. The lady just hung up on me.

I just put the number in my phones automatic call rejection program.   Problem solved.

I got this number called me but no msg were left!! How does these peoole get my cell number or even peoples hpuseline numbers???? Im on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!!!

Im on the do not call list already! They still called my cell and houseline!! I really need them to stop calling.

Got a call to me today and asked about my address to send an outstanding amount that I have in 2008 with T-Mobile ? I am surprised to hear that I have outstanding amout when I completely paid it in 2008 before leaving to India. Now its long time and I dont remember it clearly and dont have any proof at this point of time. I provided my address is this a problem ? Do we need to believe this call ? Is this fake ? can we report this to anyone and find out if this fake or real ?

Contact T-mobile directly about this. They should be able to provide you with the proof since they have to keep files for many years.   Then follow the steps in what you need to know:

Set up a payment agreement yesterday and they are still calling and harassing me!!! This is ridiculous and no wonder people don't want to pay or work with these people.  

They are calling our unlisted home number for a debt we do not owe...

Called to talk to a person other than me that I know.  Said it was a "business matter" and wouldn't say anything else.  The name of the caller was Franklin Watson and his extension was 55132.

I get daily calls at work from MCM, I tell them to stop calling me at work; I will lose my job for all these harrassing calls.
Please let me know what I can do.

These jerks call my husbands cell phone all day and night (he sleeps during the day so they constantly wake him up). They ask if this is "Jennifer's phone".  He rightly says no it's not as that's NOT my cell number.. They never ever call my cell but rather harass my husband.  I've sent POD letters to them with no response!  I have the certified letter proof of it's delivery so I can use that against them.  The SOL in NH is 3 years which all this debt is well past.  I just obtained a full time permanent position (after 3 years without) and the company I work for has legal aid as one of it's perks.  I have already spoken to an attorney and they say that I have claim to file suit against these people for violations of the FDCA.  This company needs to be closed!

If you have an Iphone (or any other cell i don't know how to on others) Go into your recent calls and fine the call and click the ? next to it and scroll all the way down and block. it kept the calls at bay for a month or so.

Yes, it is a total fake.

So I have been getting the same calls. I requested for them to stop calling me, not only did they not stop, they started calling me every 30 minutes for a couple days, now they call at least 3 times a day. I got a call today at 11:54 am and just again at 2:55 pm. If i dont give them the information they request they get upset and will call back and if I answer they ask for my name then hang up. I feel like I have to change my number just to be left alone. When I ask for their information the man with a pakistan accent, he tells me his name is Jerry Jones, I ask for their number, he gives me a number and cant repeat it a second time. Really

I called this number to settle my lil debt i have and i barely could understand him..it seemed that he had people screaming and hollering in the background and that threw me off like shouldbi even send my money to these people.. Im still trying to figure out if these people is real or not cuz it will be off my credit report Hopefully soon...
