Nothing on the caller ID except the phone number... as soon as I answered, they hung up...

The call dropped before I could hear who it was from, but I believe it was to confirm my appointment for the comcast install tomorrow.

Comcast calling to inform me that I had been receiving channels not included in my basic cable package, and that they would be correcting my service on 12/6/10, and to call if I wanted to upgrade my service to continue receiving all the channels I currently have.

I let the call go to voicemail, and they left a complete message.  Usually they hang up and keep calling and calling for a few days.  Maybe they finally sorted that problem out.

COMCAST calling to inform me that they fixed an apportioning error with their servers that was causing service interruptions to my telephone and high-speed internet service. This is after I initiated a trouble ticket with them 2 days ago. Answered after the third phone call in a row (and 2 nothing messages) - a live person was on the line.

This is Comcast for an installation survery.

This is COMCAST -- in my case an automatic survey call because I agreed to the survey prior to talking with a representative.

On second call, they left a recorded message identifying themselves as Comcast checking whether my recent appointment was completed to my satisfaction and asking me to take a survey. I have never been in contact with Comcast.

The message was asking to confirm an order for 605lbs of  dried shredded on Haddock, about 8:50pm 1/14/2011.  Person left the name of Edward Cohan. What is this about? Never ordered. Be careful out there.

Thank you 800notes. Now that i have an idea who is calling my cell, i just might answer it to have some fun. called me twice today. no message left. my bill is current and paid in full. have not made changes to account. no outages to report (as i am posting here).
PS: only paying for the lowest tier of broadband with them. however, i am receiving ~ 25 HDTV channels free. so if you have a capable TV...might wanna hook it up and see what you get... :)

They call me twice a day.  Sometimes, they ask for someone and I tell them this is no longer their number and they tell me they will update the number.  They are friendly but obviously do not update their records.

Today, it called me and I sent it to my voicemail, then five minutes later it called me again.  It was an automated message asking me if I'd like to take a survey about my recent installation.  I pressed the number for yes and then it started telling me how I could pay my bills.

What drugs is this company on???
