    Same thing was happening to me.  I finally took the call and it was a feedback survey.  Once I took the survey I stopped getting the calls.

    Called me on my work phone when my boss was standing right next to me.  Didn't answer it b/c it was not work related.  I do not owe Comcast any money and I have not asked for any service changes, so don't know why in the world they would want me to complete a feedback survey.  Send me an email.  DO NOT call me repeatedly.  This is harassment!

    I'm currently a Comcast customer but if they can't leave a damn message then they don't want my business!  I'll be moving toward getting better service for better prices in the next few months and can't wait to ditch them.  I'm still getting "unavailable" callers on my caller ID when that is supposed to be blocked!  They can't seem to be able to do anything about it...good riddence Comcast (very soon).

    This is comcast doing a survey. When you call them and you are selected to do a survey, they asked for a callback number. Then they call you back at number you provided to do the automated survey. Hopefully they are not calling you if you did not agree to a survey.

    I received 5 calls in 30 minutes w/ no message!  I was so furious I returned the call which brought me to comcast main #.  The person on the other line pulled up my account and said there were not any notations that anyone has called me and my account balance was up to date.  He said he would transfer me to put my name on do not call list and I was mysteriously disconnected.  Called back again and was again disconnected!  If this is a survey...I am NOW ready to take it!

    well they're calling me and I never agreed to take any survey.  My bill is current so it's not a collection call.  I haven't made any changes in my service so they're not calling to schedule installation or service visits.

    Hey Comcast - if your call is so unimportant that you can't leave a message then DON'T CALL IN THE FIRST PLACE.

    Called every day for 2 weeks.  Finally decided to answer it since they never leave a message.  Tried to sell on adding a premium service and faster internet speed.  $5 for first 6 months.  Then I asked how much after that? $15 per month for next 6 months, then regular rate after that.  I said no thanks.

    It is Comcast. When I was asked if I wanted to take a survey (and I said yes) the recording asked for my phone number to call me back.  I just got a call from the 1-800-266-2278 number. I am assuming it's to take the survey

    No . They called me because they had an outage in my area and I requested them to call and advise service was restored. It was an area wide outage so I did ask for the call. I just got done on the phone last night with them and my account is in good standing.....so it's not always for collections.

    Yes it is comcast, but they can be calling for a number of reasons. It is an automated line and when I was called it was due to an outage in the area and I requested the call, but I'm sure they use that automated system for billing and reminders and messages to customers. I wasn't able to answer, but did get a message that service had been restored from the mass outage courtesy call.
