- AndyMy vehicle and another played bumper tag in a parking lot. Minor, minor damage. Other vehicle insured by State Farm. It filed claim with my insurer. Then it withdrew claim. Why? No police report. No blame to either driver. Never heard from State Farm. Then I begin getting calls from Bell. Then a letter threatening to revoke my driver's license. I write a rational letter to Bell. Funny .. the address on the return envelope does not exist! The letter came back "Not Deliverable." (After I got it back I Googled the office building address and Bell is not listed as a tenant.) Shady? I'm not worried about losing my license. I do understand the legal system. Bell can seek a judgment but a judge or magistrate must decide on the validity. I will receive a notice, as required by law, before any judgment is made. At that point, I will go in person or send a registered letter to the court. Again, no police report. No assignment of blame.

- ShellyThey called me last week and wanted 2500.00 for an accident. I was letting someone drive a vehicle that was in my name and covered under my insurance policy. The person was on my insurance policy as well but did not have a valid license. My insurance complany denied the claim and now this guy Jon calls and says he sent the paper work yesterday to have my license suspended. I said you couldn't have called me first to see if I had the money to pay before you sent away for my license to be suspended. He said if you pay we will give you a paper to take to the BMV. It looks like I should call State Farm since they hired this company to harrass people.

- Sara replies to Riley| 17 repliesThese guys are totally willing to run you for your money with snake like charm. I bumped a car in a parking lot 2 months ago, just enough for the paint to be rubbed off. I get a call from Bellcorp 2 months later calling on behalf of statefarm, they say they aren't a collection agency, but tell me, what is the difference? They are collecting a debt. Therefor they are debt collectors, and they'll say anything/do anything to take your hard earned cash. The man I spoke with dared to even say I would get my license taken away. I live in NH, I don't need to have car insurance, so I called the DMV to discuss the matter of my license being revoked... the woman LAUGHED at what Bellcorp had said to me, she said if the bill is under $1000.00 they can't do one thing to take my license away... I'm not paying it until I can afford it, if I care to remember at all eventually... such deceit does not deserve recognition. I had to move back in with my Mother thinking I was gonna be short on rent for the next 2 months. Not impressed.
- Victim in Chicago, ILThey don't a message why they have called. No department will pick up your call unless its payment dept.
So that's what I tried (I just had a hunch). They told me that they are representing State Farm and called me about this accident that I had last year and that there was a collection against me and that I didn't not have an insurance at the time of the accident. I told the guy that I've always had an insurance, and that the party in the accident was actually the one who hit my car, and that my car was parked at the time and that the engine was turned off.
He wanted my insurance name & policy# at the time of the accident. So I gave the guy the information. He thanks for the information and hung up the phone.- Caller: BELL, LLC or bellcorp.com

- MNickerson replies to Sara| 14 repliesI just want to let you know that they are a debt collection service, I worked for them for 4 years. They do work for State Farm as a collection service for state farm and they really do send the notices to each state to suspend your license as well. But their tactics are ruthless and rude and they will harass the hell out of you. Their direct line is 813-261-7755 they are located at 1411 N Westshore Blvd in Tampa, Fl
- DThey called my house looking for my ex husband! I divorced the man 17 years ago. So apparently they just start calling people with the same last name to track people down.

- stanfordThey called my moms phone and said that I owed $950 for damages I did from some stoled items I had taken. From a year ago. Now all the items I had stole were returned by the police. I spent a year in prison . And the way they speak to me. I suspect a scam. They say they will take 500$ instead of 950 to settle the claim. And theysaid they are third party claim for state farmm?

- mygirlz Ok replies to GiGU r right. .no one can suspend you license unless 1. A judgment has be made against you and you are summed to court..it's court ordered. These people are bullies. Those who claim to had to pay to get their license back r either liars or crazy...This business can't suspend your license. My attorney which I work for, has investigations going on with these crooks they will get theirs.

Since you worked for them can you tell me the name of the owners or CEO? - D| 2 repliesBell subrogations services helped me get my license back after my family member drove my car without my permission and got into an accident. They even helped me save over $1000 on the overall claim. Claims are not the same as debts and states do suspend driver's licenses. People are [***] who drive without insurance and break the law and then look to take it out on a company that putting back money into the insurance companies over their negligence and stupidity for driving illegally. Stupid [***] leaving negative comments because of their [***] ups. lolololololololololllllllllll
- tamra replies to MNickerson| 2 repliesSo can they have license really tsken away or are thet willing to say this to get their money an scare ppl. That guy Jose is very rude an very unperfessional.
- CaseyThey aren't a fake company and they're definitely in cahoots with State Farm. A young woman rear ended my car last year and totaled it. They're apparently trying to get money out of her to compensate my insurance company and pay back my deductible (I have no active say in this, by the way; if it were up to me, I would just drop the issue because not only did the other driver lose the vehicle she was using as well, but she also got slammed with a massive ticket due to multiple infractions at the time of the accident. I may have lost $2800 because of the deductible and gap between the insurance payout and cost of a new car, but there's no way she can afford this and I wouldn't ask her to). The thing is they messed up and have my number listed as hers for some stupid reason, and I have been harassed for days because someone else destroyed my car and they're crappy record keepers. The calls have stopped for now, but we'll see if that lasts.

- Aubrey Drake| 2 repliesI was in an accident...didnt have insurance... Bell subrogation calls... saying I owe thousands of dollars or my license will be suspended. I am a debt collector so his tactics were exactly the same as the ones I use on our debtors. Not sure how legit they are. But when I went to court to pay the ticket I was told I must simply prove to the dmv that I currently have insurance, which I plan to do. Swerve!
