Total clap-trap.  Only a judge or the DMV can suspend a DL.  And you would have to be notified of any proceeding to do same.  No insurance company can suspend anyone's DL.  Nor any so-called "subrogation company".  This "Bell LLC" is acting more like a standard debt scammer than a subrogation company.  Apparently this company buys the rights that an insurance company has against some person who caused an accident where monies were paid out on a claim and becomes essentially a debt collector against the person that caused the accident.   And, of course, like  a debt scammer,  they don't want to got to court; they want to scare money out of people.  Same sort of threats  that your  average debt scammer puts out.

Odd looking webpage.   Vaguely creepy.  Literally screams scam to me.    I wouldn't trust 'em as far as I could throw 'em.  If they have a claim against you, demand that it be put in writing and sent to you by US mail. E-mail no good.  Otherwise, ignore and block their calls.

And why do I think you are a shill ?

You claim your license was suspended, you later spent a night in jail. Yet you never, in that post or any subsequent post, named the state that gave you the license, or the state where you were put in jail. That omission was to keep anyone from doing research to disprove what you wrote about suspensions.

You said "After dealing with these people for months and doing mass amounts of research, they are in fact real and they can suspend licenses."

That means they sent you several letters seeking to collect and warning you of what legal consequences might occur. But you never got any letters from the DMV?

Personally, I have had problems with USPS misdelivering letters to my home; I have gotten letters that other houses on my street should have gotten. I wonder how many of my letters end up at the other houses on my street. Grrr. I also have a Post Office Box, and even there mail gets put into the wrong box. That post office has a slot for "mispitched mail" that is near the slot for people to put their outgoing mail.

Is it a real company?  Yes, which you would know had you read the above posts.  Do they have a real claim?  That is another story.  Were you in a car accident?  Were you insured at the time?  Did you turn the claim in to your insurer?  If you were insured at the time of the accident, then your insurance company should be handling this.

As to the license thing, you need to consult the laws in your state for that.

I recieved a call today from this Bell Corp.  I called them back because it involved a van that my stepson owns and his wife wrecked.  I called them back because it involved my daughter-in-law who recently left my stepson for another man.  Not that my stepson and I are close but rather I want to help them anyway they can to get the debt collected!
When I called them they were not nice to me.  Here a man MORE THAN WILLING to cooperate!  A man more than willing to help them in this situation!
Guess what?   They threatened to have my license suspended if I didn't give them the money by this afternoon.
Here am I trying to help and cooperate with them.  But no they threaten me with license suspension!
I went to the local DMV!  I confess that I was thinking of selling my wife's collection of a certain thing to some crudy Pawn Shop in order to pay the debt!   I did make a mistake of offering to put a lein on my home!  No go!
I did ask the man for their address.  He wouldn't give it to me!
Right there should have been a red flag!
Anyway I went to the DMV and got some more CLEARCUT EVIDENCE that that van is no longer mine!
What is bad is State Farm told me in October that the claim is no longer in my name.  Another debt agency said that it was in both my stepson's and his wife's name!   I have kept records of this and I have gone as far as to write down the names of the people I talked to and even when possible the time and length of the phone call!
I finally had a preacher friend of mine come and talk to them.  In fact if they didn't cooperate he was going to have his attorney to send a cease and desist order!
He talked to them.  The collector did back down and did give us his address and I am going to send copies of several of the documents that PROVE THAT THAT VAN IS NOT MY VAN!   I even got a new one from the DMV here and
    I paid $8.00 for it!
I am now writing this and when I am done I plan to write the letter to Bell Corp and send them copies of those documents.  I plan to have my letter to them signed in front of a notary and I plan to mail it either certified or registered mail!
I plan to keep all of the information I am sending them for the rest of my life and never throw it away!  I plan to make several copies of it and even give some copies to friends!
One more thing.  I just got back from preaching in Florida.  I have friends in Florida.  I plan to see what I can find out about this Bell Corporation.  I am going to see if I can find information on them to see if there are any illegal activities.
One more thing.  There was never any letters from them dealing with this issue.  As I have always been told that words are meaningless!   That is why you have IMPORTANT THINGS like this in writing!
Well I am still a believer that the Lord will bring vengeance on this who wrong HIS children(Rom.12:19) and I am a STRONG believer when one does wrong they will reap what they sow(Gal.6:7&8)!   I hope that man is ready for creditors to bully and harass him when he is down!   It is coming his way!

I received a call today called back and spoke to Jose. He said I needed to pay $1200 to reimbursed State Farm for minor accident in parking lot four months ago. The State Farm client did not file a claim, damage so minor could have been repaired with crazy glue. They threatened me with license suspension, yeah right !!. Don't fall for it, I called State Farm. If they think you owe them money they will contact you directly and not use a third party for first contact.

I do have a question if not more to ask about the evil company Bell Corp.  As I said I had a severe abusive phone call from them on Feb.23, 2016.  I felt extremily abused by them and it took about three days to pull out of the depression that evil man caused me.  I will NOT discuss here what I am doing to deal with them.
But I do have a question.  I really wonder if anyone would know this.  But I thought of this the other day.  But let's say Bell Corp calls lets say a 72 year old widow.  And they treat her the way the treated me.  They harassed and abuse her emotionally telling her if she doesn't pay that bill by this morning they will suspend her driver's license.  That they got to do it virtually now or else your license is to be suspended!
And like with me.  It is something freak and they are being falsely accused.  Yet they will not accept it.  They won't listen to her.  Like in my case I wasn't given even the benefit of a mailing address to send papers PROVING THAT I AM INNOCENT OF THE FALSE ACCUSATION THEY WERE MAKING!   That is what they did to me.  And let's say they would do that to a 72 year old widow!
They once again didn't give me their address until I got a preacher above me to talk to them!  But let's say this widow really doesn't have anyone to talk to for her!
Now for my question: IN A CASE LIKE THIS WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO TURN BELL CORP IN TO THE ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES FOR POSSIBLE CHARGES OF ELDER ABUSE OR ELDER EXPLOITATION?
I guess I am hoping that people will read this and upon hearing of Bell Corp threatening people 65 or older to do something about it!  I confess after the SEVERE emotional abuse I got from them I wouldn't hesitate a second reporting them to Adult Protective Services!  In fact I am at this point.
I don't care whether the elderly person is guilty or innocent of the charge!  I believe it is vicious and cruel in fact devilish for them to treat an elder like that!   I really believe it is both EXPLOITATION or EMOTIONAL ABUSE of an elder!
Something that I am zero per cent tolerant of!
One more question.  I know that there are civil laws to fight such evil people as Bell Corp.  BUT ARE THERE ANY POSSIBLE CRIMINAL OFFENSES THAT THEY MAY BE GUILTY OF WHEREBY THEY MAY FACE TIME IN JAIL OR PRISON?   That is my main thought.  And I am hoping this will be put out with hopes that the next victim of BELL CORP could have them arrested and face time in prison.
That is my question.  Does anyone out there have an answer?

I am disappointed that no one answered my last message.  I really do want to know if there are any laws whereby we can have the evil people from Bell Corp actually imprisoned.  Well regardless whether anyone answers or not I have made one strong decision.  If anyone I know 65 or older is ever harassed or bullied by Bell Corp the way they did me I WON'T hesitate to turn them into the Adult Protective Services!   That is clear cut abuse and/exploitation of the elderly!
And here is something else I am hoping to find out.  Being a preacher I consider myself a student of the nature of man!   And because of my beliefs I believe anyone who would call a person up and act so unethical and abusive by threatening them with suspension of their driver's license that day if they don't pay that morning would do other crimes!   I am 100% convinced of this!
Here is what I would like to know.  Has there been any person ever employed by Bell Corp who has done either of the following crimes,

                                         (1) Murder

                                        (2) Rape or Child Molestation

                                        (3) Domestic Abuse of a wife, husband, boyfriend, girlfriend, domestic partner, etc.

                                        (4) Child Abuse

                                        (5) Animal Abuse

                                        (6) Embezzlement or Extortion

                                        (7) Kidnapping or abduction

                                         (8) Robbery or Burgularly

I am convinced that anyone who would abuse and mistreat their fellow man like the people at Bell Corp do would do any of the above crimes and others if they have a chance to do so!   They show no ethics, no mercy, no honesty, and no common sense!    They are just emotionally and psychologically abusive!
I really feel something should be done to stop these people.  I really believe people like this should be investigated for such things as possible domestic abuse or child abuse or elder abuse/exploitation or even animal abuse!   The fact that they are abusive is CLEARCUT!   But the question is, "how far do they go in their abuse!"
I hope some will answer my above questions and these in this message!  Thank you in advance!

If you "really do want to know if there are any laws whereby we can have the evil people from Bell Corp actually imprisoned" ask a lawyer! I'm guessing the reason no one on this site answered your long-winded question was the simple fact they don't know.
