This exact thing happened to my husband.  Is State Farm sending claims to this Bell outfit?  I thought State Farm was better then that!  We also have insurance!

DMV cannot take your license unless they have a judgment from a court. Then DMV must provide you with notice of what they're about to do and a hearing. I am being harrassed by Bell...for a claim that was made that my auto insurance refused to pay even though I had insurance; State Farm provided the other driver's uninsured motorist coverage. It was a minor accident. I complained and provided documentation to my state's  dept. that regulates insurance companies. There is no court case anywhere, but Bell is still harrassing me. They use different people who start their speech without identifying the company. When I applied for my present insurance, my DMV records were clear. So if Bell contacted the DMVs, they didn't do anything because of no court case. (However, their judgment is probably on my credit report.)

I looked it up, and for the State of Indiana, only the courts can notify the BMV to suspend a license. So the auto insurance company, or Bell, would have to get a judgement first through the  court.

For what reason State farm doesn't collect the money it self?

They stopped your insurance exactly the night beef you had an accident!
Bell should be in jail!!!

How can you be thankful to a debt collector?
Never met a nice one! You must be working for them!
Reading this forum two things are clear to me:
1) Bell can only scare you because they don't have the authority to do S@!t
2) Whoever says nice things about those scammers is a clear employee of Bell LLC criminal association.

Bottom line: have a regular insurance and have professionals to deal with those scammers.

I received a letter from Bell Subrogation stating they want $700 for a State Farm loss. I have insurance and was not in a car accident and neither was my car in an accident. They threaten to take my drivers license away if I did not pay in 30 days.

I got a call from a Ron Kincaid for my fiance a few minutes ago. They call every so often and I pick it up. The told her that her license and car insurance would be suspended or revoked, and a possible boot being placed on the car. New vehicle is in MY name so they have NO legal right to touch it. I got a call from debt collector in Maryland last summer saying if I didn't pay $5000 in 3 days they were going to have police come arrest me cause they new where I was at. I told them go for it. At that time I was 6584 miles from home serving in Afghanistan which they thought was a lie cause apparently they dont have phones over there. But lets say you really have a debt through state farm. Even if you pay "State Farm" these morons will still call and harrass thinking that you still owe them something.

And we're they able to suspend license, and will state do that
