calls 2 or 3 times a day and leaves only a message asking me to call back regarding a personal business matter. When I called back a recording said my conversation may be recorded. I was honestly worried at first!

We used to get calls from banks, with a real person on the other end, asking for Jeff or Gwendolyn, because of some debts.  With a real person and a real bank, I've been able to say to them "I moved here two years ago and got this new phone number.  If this was Jeff and/or Gwendolyn's phone in the past, it no longer is."  And they STOP CALLING.  CMS does not stop calling.  I don't know if it's a scam or not, but I left them a message (three days ago) saying that I don't have an account with them, but here's my full name and if you just do a reverse lookup at Phonebook.com, you'll see my name there.  But, so far they're still calling.

I also received a call from these freaks they dont say who they are or anything.I think they just get a list of names from somewhere and then call those names hoping some sucker will actually pay them something.And they did say a name but it was so fast there was no way to understand it.

i keep getting calls from them too. everytime i pick up they hang up so i called to tell them to stop. they said i have a balance from a hospital visit in June. I was out of the country from May until last week so i have no idea what they are talking about. they are threatening to take legal action if i dont pay them right away over the phone! sketchy...

they also asked to confirm my social and stuff.

anyway, everyone has asking how we report these losers, but no one has really told us how we go about doing that. does ANYONE know? i will actually take the time to do it.

This Number has been calling me on a daily basis and I am receiving the same response as everyone else, I am on the Do Not call this is there a way to report this number to them?

Calls my cell twice a day! Everytime I return their call I ask them who is this calling because and seem not to want to identify themselves and they respond well who is this??? I respond with my name and than silence or an I sorry!! Is there any way to stop these harrasers!!

This phone number keeps calling me.. usually on weekdays!  No message! Rings until I answer and then hangs up on me... Strange!

Had a call from them this morning at 8.  No message, though.  I do have one possible medical bill that's possible gone to collections (mistakenly - big mix-ups), but none others.  We'll see if they call again!

I have received calls from this annoying dialer for months -just got the second call of the day! I filed a complaint with the do not call people - any other ideas???

Here's a new one....

My AUNT received a call on her cellphone from this number on Saturday morning - asking for my EXBOYFRIEND.  How weird is that?  No one could ever tie those 2 together.  Hell, his name isn't even on his own cellphone - it's in my name.

This number has been calling me for the past year, and they seem to call anytime during the day, I don't even pick up now, they are very annoying

The number they called from was 800-291-4367; but, they wanted me to call them at 866-531-5020.  I will not do so since I don't know who they are.

Said it was about "an important business matter".

Recording says that this is a personal business call and to return the call between the hours of 8-5pm ET.

i just got the call to nite around seven pm , pretty weird

I called, it was CMS calling for an old medical bill that ironically had pad just the week prior.  I asked them to stop calling, we will see what happens.

They just called here at 8:12 a.m. on Christmas Eve morning... what is up with this company???
