This number calls my house saying not a solicitation phone call.  They never say what they want.

Call was from TOLL FREE at 800-291-4367 but was asked to call 866-531-5020. As a matter of policy I don't return any call that doesn't bother to say who they are calling.

I got calls from them as well, I owe nothing, wont tell you what they want. I filed with the FCC. If you are on the national block list you can file a complaint. Go to, fccinfo@fcc.gov form 475, you can do it online, I just did it, if they continue they can be fined, give it a shot, if every body does it they will have to stop.

Legit collection agency call, contacting me on behalf of a scammy medical device company. In my case, the collection company is legit and will tell you who and why they're calling if you call back during business hours. They said they would note that I had a dispute with their client (a medical device company who sends un-needed supplies ala Columbia House type schemes, and pressures you (or your disabled wife) into the device right there in the doctors office.)

Please to have them quit call me. I know not who they are but they call all the time and they must be stopped.

This Company's methods are illegal under the
Fair Debt Practices Act.  If you tell them to stop calling you, they MUST.
§ 806. Harassment or abuse
A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural
consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any
person in connection with the collection of a debt. Without
limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following
conduct is a violation of this section:
(1) The use or threat of use of violence or other criminal
means to harm the physical person, reputation, or property
of any person.
(2) The use of obscene or profane language or language
the natural consequence of which is to abuse the hearer
or reader.
(3) The publication of a list of consumers who allegedly
refuse to pay debts, except to a consumer reporting
agency or to persons meeting the requirements of section
603(f) or 604(3) of this Act.
(4) The advertisement for sale of any debt to coerce payment
of the debt.
(5) Causing a telephone to ring or engaging any person
in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously
with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the
called number.
(6) Except as provided in section 804, the placement of
telephone calls without meaningful disclosure of the
caller’s identity.

Yeah they call me as well... sometimes several times a day... "involving an important business matter".. It's getting old.  I think it's implied that I do not owe any bills since I do not have a credit card and I haven't been to the hospital in years... and that was paid.

It is without a doubt a COLLECTION agency.  I received the call about 8:30am, and I call it back from a payphone.  She asked for my name and phone number, and I asked her who she was.  She said something like "Capital Collections". So at that point, I had some fun and told her my name John Smith...etc.

called this am asking for a specific person, I said that person was not at this residence, this man asked me in several other ways if the person was there or if I knew the person.....finally he said he would take my number off of his list.  I called the # back and got a recording that the call was being recorded for quality purposes, if I had rec'd a letter from them go to payyourbill.com otherwise stay on the line for the next agent.   Definetly an agressive collection agency.

I get several calls a day from 800-291-4367.I recently became a widow and soon after the calls started.  I just do not answer but they keep on calling.It is very annoying and I would like it to stop.

These guys are shady dealers and scammers and if you get a call from them file a 1088 Complaint with the FCC at https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do and if you are on the National Do Not Call List, file a Complaint at https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx.

If the government gets enough complaints from you, we can put these guys out of business.

I get the same number calling me 5-6 times a day , they actually call my cell phone leave no message then call my husbands cell as soon as mine is done ringing and again leaves no message!

these people keep calling asking for someone else. i have told them i have had this # for 2 wks but they still call 3 or 4 times a day

these people call 4 or 5 times a day looking for someone named franscine. i tell them i have had this number for too weeks but they just keep calling

CMS = Credit Management Services. The poor guy that had your phone number is having a bad run of luck just call them back. Tell them you are not who they are looking for..... They will stop calling..If you are trying to hide from them change your number just takes a call.

I get a call every morning at 8am waking me up, and most afternoons. Sometimes they leave a message. They are calling my cell phone and I am paying for their minutes! Ive tried to call it back, but get a recording, so I have given up. I am on the do not call list, and have tried to block their call to my phone, but T Mobile has no way of doing that except changing my number, which is impossible, its used for work.

I too recieve calls from this number and it is highly annoying.  Just a few moments ago they called my cell phone first, and when I did not answer that they immediately called my home number.  They did not leave a message on either phone.  I get calls from them off and on--they will call like mad for a few days, then stop for a couple weeks or so, then the calls start again...  I just ignore them completely.  If they wanted to speak to me for a legitimate purpose, then they would be leaving messages and giving me a reason to call them back, not just calling and hanging up the way they do.
