they call me and its a computer recording which then instructs me that all their precious representatives are now busy ... i dont know what it said after that because i hung the phone up. i can tell you this hiring more ppl might work, but then again you have to have someone on the other end who wants to talk to them and thats just not necessarily me. :)

keeps calling my DO NOT call number, no message left

Called me and asked for me. Then they asked me to verify my address. When I said not till you tell me who this is they responded with:
I can only if you verify the address it went back and forth till they hung up on me.

New 800 number and it got past my FREE call block program "CALL ALERT".
It won't get past it now.  I called it back and didn't get a customary hello just a computer saying to press a button to be connected with a direct pay service.com or hold for a rep.  got some guy that when asked to Id the compant he said trans something or another.  When asked what company he represents the answer was "numerious"  I hang up on him because he said if I called back then I owe money to someone.  He started a profanity fit.

I let my computer answer my phone.  I use a free program called "CALL ALERT"  it is available for download from the internet.

This number has called my cell a couple times now, but always when I'm at work so I'm unable to answer it.  They never leave a message.  I googled the number and found this website... if it's a collection agency or something, why wouldn't they leave a message?

I got a call from this number and called back.

Background: Almost a year ago (today is 10/16/2008) I had a bank account closed out with a balance from Northwest Savings Bank. I paid the balance forever ago.

When I called this company back, they said I still owed a balance, and wanted yo know when I would pay them. I told them I already paid that amount, and that they need to give me an address to mail proof or a fax number to fax the payment info in. The Fax number I got was 216-525-3328. They also gave me an account number to reference.

I will post later as to if the fax resolves these calls.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone - only thing showing was number and "No Name".  This is the second call on my cell since Sunday, but the first call was from a different number.  I did not answer, no message was left.

I receive calls from a number such as this.  This is a collection agency.  Evidently I have a recycled cell phone number because I keep getting calls for another person who did not pay their bills.  I called my cell phone provider and had the number blocked.  Well they blocked that number, but this company took over their collection efforts.  I guess I will have to have this number blocked also.

Calls are always the same..
Some recording never listing who they are calling in reference to nor their company name.. although this time it listed a "Ms.Miller" on the callback. I do know they cannot reveal certain information as it is a violation of laws, but at least who the call is for? Seems a wretched way to do business... The recording goes through a whole litany of the FDCPA laws, but unless you know who its aimed at, seems a bit useless. Wrong number in this case...

do u know the name of the collection agency? where did they say they were calling from?

I am recieving the same message as everyone else. I am also on Do Not Call List. Please see if you can do "something" to stop this calling.. Thanks

Someone called from this # wanted to confirm my address, he said the name of the company is trans world and wanted to confirm my address. I ask him why he need me to confirm my address he tried to "bs"  He even went as far as wanting me to verify my DOB. I hang up on him because he won't give me a information.

lady left a message   to callback using 1-866-988-2582 and that this was a debt collection agency they asked for no one . how do i report this

All of these agencies that call break the law of NYC and NJ and others as its harassment ignore them they have no honor or integrity

Like a lot of folks, i get calls from this number, it is just a message saying to call them. Dont know who they are.
Solution.. Use the blocking feature on you telephone (if you have this feature) to block this number..

I get a voicemail in spanish and they say something about TransWorld Systems. I am guess that is the collection agency name.
