Actually, they do the best we can to search for ways to save money on your bills. I guess if you took the time to realize that the instant your call comes in, they have full and complete access to your account. And if it were a false identity or fraudulent call, your security would've already been breached.
They do NOT get commission for calls or any changes that they make. And I guess when they're calling to save you money on your bills that is truly such an awful solicitation. Get a grip. Verizon will up sell you unneccesary stuff all day long just to get that commission bonus :) sorry kipany is such a hassle hahaha. Have fun paying way more on your bills!

Actually, you need to say this specifically, "Take me off of your list."
Otherwise kipany will take no action to stop calling you because you did not request to be taken off of the list

The Kipany representative said that they DO receive commissions on products sold.
