Claiming healthcare.gov regarding my income taxes

Yes, this Is the actual number of the ACA health care marketplace. I've used this number numerous times to deal with my own insurance. I've also gotten reminder calls from the marketplace. Annoying, if you don't want the calls--but totally legit.

Same here, but I've been called four times in the last two days.  The call is legitimate and imparts important information, but it's overkill.

Rec'd a called saying not to file income taxes error on the statement.  I have check SSA and if this had anything to do with my SSA end of year statement then I feel there would be something on the website????

I received a pre -recorded message from The Health Care Market place, stating "not to file taxes until corrected 1095-A is received."  This is a legitimate call.

Guess who is paying for all this? You and me.

I too have received numerous unwanted phone calls before the deadline and now after.  Actually, they were text.  I requested them to stop but they increased.  I called the phone number and spoke with a supervisor.  She sent an email to the pertinent people and said I would be receiving a phone call to assure I was no longer being harassed.  I do not believe the Obama administration has anything to do with this.

Recording calling to remind me about an exemption waiver I applied for and received. Yes, the voice on the message did have a slight accent but that alone does not make it a scam. It advised me to call back only if I had not yet receives the waiver, since it's needed for filing my taxes.

They promised me insurance they took $107 of mine said they never got my money...They never sent me any health cards just a bill for  $322.14. Told them if they can't even find my money I don't want your insurance now they found my money won't give it back to me because its past the 30 days. This company is a big rip off just like our f****** government!!!!

I kept getting calls finally answered the phone to tell them to remove me from their call list as I have insurance.  They wanted my name so I gave it...they asked for my social security # I said NO.....they asked for my DOB.....I said NO.....so their response was that since they couldn't identify me they couldn't remove me from their call list!  I think that is illegal isn't it...they shouldn't need that info just my name and number....really just my number to remove it right?  I just told him I would just have to call the FTC then and hung up on him.

Got a call from this number two days in a row. They said both times that I had taken blood thinners and had received bladder sling mesh I proceed to say that I had never received either of them and he accused me of not telling him the truth. When I tried telling him different he told me I was a liar that I had received both. I told him to take my number off the call list and he said NO and I was still a liar. I just hung up.

I had the same thing happen. I got a call from this number and I couldn't even understand the caller except for he said something about I had called to apply for something which I knew was a lie because I didn't call or apply for anything. I wish if this is a legal call that they would use people that speak English better. I don't want to sound mean but honestly I get fed up with getting calls from people I can't understand and they get angry when I try to explain that I just don't understand what they are saying. :(

I find it odd that reading all these comments.... that i didn't recieve the same type of call. The lady had a very thick indian accent. She told me that "this isnt a telemarketing call". And she started asking if I've had any surgeries. I told her i had 9. The next word i could understand from her was "bladder mesh". Told her i didn't have that surgery. She didn't ask for anything else and thanked me for my time.

They called me, heavy Indian accent, couldn't understand hardly a word, something about needing to verify my household income change (no such thing happened). Asked what this was about, he asked with whom am I speaking? I asked him to tell me since he called me. He ignored me and asked for SS # and other data to 'verify' me. I said hell no, I would call the hotline back and talk to them.

I did call the official hotline from the .gov website and after a long wait, explained the sitch to the rep and she said no such info was needed nor did they make any calls to me. I decided to post this because while, yes, that is the official Obamacare number, it does not mean that it's really them calling. Be careful, every one.

Any one can scam any phone number they want and make it look like that is where the call came from.

Asked for name and what meds taking. then said, GO TO HELL.  If there was touch telephone this braddah would be pau.

Limited time to get insurance for 2014...and I got a call from them in 2015!!!  Sounds to me like a scam!!  ObamaCare is 100% illegal and a scam too!!
