The phone number is being spoofed by scammers. You did not receive a legitimate call from Healthcare.gov.

If this is a legit government call, the ID would not say "unavailable".  Said they were from health insurance exchange.  I don't care.  Am on do-not-call list.

OK, there's a ridiculous argument going on, but hopefully this will resolve it.
I lifted this directly from the healthcare.gov website:
    ***********************************************************************************
For questions, or to apply by phone, contact the Marketplace Call center
          1-800-318-2596          (TTY: 1-855-889-4325)
    Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

So, it's the "Obamacare" help line. They want to help you find the right insurance, but they can't SELL anything.

Now, having said that, I should remind everyone that there's nothing stopping a telemarketer from "spoofing" that number to show on your caller ID.

As a side note, the number might be easier to remember this way: 1-800-F1UCK YO

BINGO! Yes, I thought it seemed extremely strange that a help line would call OUT. And yes, crafty telemarketers can spoof any number they want - even your own. I got a call from "that" number (otherwise, why would I be here?), and, I've been called from "my own" phone (the one ringing).

Yes, and altho I really admire your sense of civic duty in reporting them, I have no doubt that those telemarketers are operating "off shore", and the FTC can't touch them. It sure seems possible that calls made from outside the US could somehow be "tagged" to prevent spoofing. (And then the crooks will find a way to get around that!) Oh, well.

The dummies that run obamacare, with their broken healthcare.gov, do not know how to set up the caller id name.
Everything they touch is 'idiocracy'.  Ever see that movie? It has come true.

In what way is the Affordable Care Act illegal? It was challenged twice in the highest court in the land, the Supreme Court of the United States, and both times that court ruled the ACA constitutional (i.e., legal).

I have welfare, SSI insurance and a free obbummer phone. some how an insurance broker got my personal information and is trying to get me to sign up for insurance. I get free insurance now. Why would i want to pay for insurance?? There are 10 different companies that robo call

If I actually paid for my insurance, I would have to pay 700.00  a month for 5,000 deductable and that does not cover medication, dental, vision or anything.

Just called again. If it Healthcare.gov, they can **** themselves.  They made an error on husband's insurance and now we are in debt to the IRS and will be for 2015 too.  Why didn't they tell us there was a problem.  Seriously, we may be pushed into bankruptcy because of it.  Now he doesn't have coverage and will owe for that.  Doesn't make sense.

This is the Federal Health Insurance Marketplace calling to remind people to sign up for health coverage.  This is not a telemarketer.
