Do NOT pick it up phone, they try charging fee to your phone bills collect.  This is a FRAUD callers...

You have to accept a collect call, it isn't automatic.

800 331 0500 has called my cell number, which is verizon, multiple times in a row, multiple times a day for 2 weeks

Got a call from this number today, didn't answer it, looked up the number called the wife to report this to AT&T today to complain and insure we do not get charged for this slamming! I am reporting it to the FCC and to my state attorney generals office

I also got a call from that 800 number. It said AT&T had selected me to receive  $100 gift card," to verify you want receive this gift card please press 1". I pressed 1 and the message repeated. I have that number in my phone as AT&T Customer Care and that is why I even answered. SMH!!!

Do not have AT&T! Blocked!

I just got home from work and noticed that there was a missed call from this number on my cell phone. No message was left. I DO have AT&T, but there's absolutely NO reason for them to be calling me. I blocked the number.

Had a missed call from this number at 10:46pm on September 12th, glad I missed it.  I blocked this number.

Received a voice message that my AT&T account was suspended. And for verification to reactivate I had to call this number. Well, I did NOT call it but checked on-line. Others here report a scam, My phone works fine. Now I will keep an eye on my bill for any unusualadded charges.

Received a call from this number at 10pm.  Did not answer nor did they leave a message.  Based upon comments on this board it would seem there are several violations of FTC regs occurring.

I got a call from this number did not answer. Voicemail was about at&t customer account being suspended for verification to reactivate press 1 to be transfered to representative press 2. I don't have a at&t account its clearly a scam.

I tweet edgy political things online, and it's moving close to a midterm election, so when I got this call at 11:30 PM, I'm glad I chose not to answer because I would've fallen for the scam falsely believing that my service had been suspended by censorious big tech. I figured that if it was anything important, they would have left a message. They didn't leave a message, by the way.

I quickly hopped on the Internet, looked up the number, and, sure enough, it was a bogus fake call. Someone's pretending to be AT&T.

This is NOT AT&T   It is a scam.   Hang up.  DO NOT push any #s or reply.   Call AT&T directly, they know about this already.   Ignore the voicemail

This call was automatically blocked. My phone is set to block all incoming calls and allow contacts only. They left a voice message saying my AT&T account was suspended.That is funny.  My phone is still working and I don't have AT&T. Do not fall for this. If you have an AT&T account call them directly. Never use phone numbers they leave on voicemail. Do not give out any information if they call you and you answer .

Called my phone claimed to be AT&T. I do not have any service with AT&T

Fake robocall claiming to be AT&T about "my account being locked" (do not have an AT&T account!)
Computer asked for last 4 digits of my SS# (gave them all zeros)
Computer asked for my pin (gave them all zeros)
Was placed on "hold" to speak to customer service (option 2).... I hung up after 2 minutes of my time being wasted

Called to my cell and I refected it.  They left a voice message saying ...."your account has been frozen"

I rec'd a call from customer care at&t todat oct. 5.  It was a record8ing wanting to ck security on my line. 1 question:  last 4 didgets of my ssn.. Did not give it. 2 question do you want to speak to rep? I didn't respond. Then they were going to transfer to rep. Phone went dead.  What's going on??????
