- BertAs mentioned before, claimed to be AT&T saying my account was suspended. Press 1 to enter your credentials to reactivate your account (do not do this) or Press 2 to speak to a representative. I pressed 2 and was prompted to enter the last 4 of my social security number, and my AT&T pin number (the same info it would ask if you pressed 1) and then proceeded to put you on "hold" for a minute or two before ultimately hanging up on you.
