800-347-2683 dialed my number at 6:21PM 4/28/17, and noone responded to my "Hello."  Obviously, a telemarketer.  SO,SO,SO tired of these calls.  Does everyone get these calls?  The Congressmen? Local Politicians?  Or, do they have protection against being bothered EVERY single day/night?

Like the majority said, CREDIT CARD robocall.  I waited to talk with them. Started to confront them with a pissed off attitude, then CLICK.

Looks like 'heather" got herself a new job pimping for a Discover Card look-a-like company. I didn't fall for Mrs Spoofy but I did add her to my call routing spam list. Hopefully the next time my VoIP phone will send the call to a not-in-service tone and recording. If Discover wants to talk to me they can e-mail or send a letter.

Called the number back and it actually is Discover Card.  In speaking with the young lady, (who was very polite) she told me that the Discover Card security people have discovered that someone is spoofing, actually using Discover Cards phone number, trying to get personal information from non-suspecting people. The spoofers (scammers, scum bags, etc) are asking for name, address, phone number, discover card number, date of birth, ssn, mothers maiden name, etc.

Husband answered; they said his credit card was about to expire; he hung up.

Had this call before and Google the number to here. I did call Discover on this. It is not them calling.

Discover Card has called me twice using 800-347-2683, the number on the back of the card.  They want to reduce the interest rate on my account.  Of course, he had a really thick accent so I was pretty sure it was not a legitimate call.  I spoke with Heather twice about this.  She tells me that they do not call you to reduce your interest rate. What's the chance of getting the same customer service employee twice, in Dallas, Texas no less?  Was I taken twice?

Called again today May 8, 2017. If it's really Discover Card they should try to mail me. I did not answer.

Scammer/Telemarketer again pushing the old lower your credit card interest rate scam. CID showed "TOLL FREE CALL" and "1-800-347-2683". The number is spoofed, it's the legitimate customer service number for Discover Card.

It was Discover's number but when I called them back (the robo blocker I have kicked it out twice), they said that scammers have been spoofing their number and that my account was fine. So if you get a call, don't give out any info. If someone indeed did try to use your card illegally, they will only ask for info that would not really compromise your account.

according to my voicemail it was a prerecording  woman she sounded aggrevated how she has tried several times to reach me to lower my credit card interest if i dont repond the offer will expire  i dont have a credit card by the way i ereased the voice mail could be a scam if you return the call to them first question from them will be your credit card number so dont respond to robocalls especially if u hear a strong forein accent person could be from india nigeria even america dont give out credit card number period

just dont answer i constantly have my phone i dont put it down its an old wireless landline phone old school type i dont own a smart phone like almost everybody
