Exact reason I left Bell for everything.  They are just total pains. They are rude and disrespectful. I couldnt tell you how many arguments I got into with their staff, when contract was done so was I.

They just called and asked for my wife. I said she wasn't home so she asked my name. She said we owed $296.67 on our Bell Mobility account which is pretty good since we have another cell phone provider. She wanted a credit card number to 'pay' the balance owing. Good thing I keep a close watch on our bills and make sure they're paid.

THIS NUMBER CALLS ME SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, have for months, they never leave a message and the one and only time I picked up was this week, to yell at them to stop calling me.  They called me again later that day and today I'm up to twice already.  Glad I'll be moving to get a break from these leaches.

What are you talking about? If these are real people commenting on here, and I doubt they're not real, what they are saying is real to them. It's probably real anyways because why would someone and in this case many people, come on to claim a company is harassing them? You're judging them and telling them to get it together, but I will respectfully tell you to "get it together" and consider these people are telling the truth. This number called me and did not leave a message, which they would if they really wanted to speak with me. Bell always texts me, never calls. Bell knows how to contact me otherwise. The number hasn't called me since. I am betting this is a scam.

No, don't! Real, trustworthy, legitimate companies never ask for Social Insurance Number (SIN) or PIN over the phone. Never give these things out.

Its is Bell Canada Accounts Receivables department.  This also includes Virgin Mobile, as they are a subsidiary to Bell.

Someone who said they were with Bell called my cell and said I owed $185.  But my cell is a prepaid from Virgin, so there's no way I can owe anything to Bell.  I called Bell and they said they had no such number (800-361-2613). They said to give no info to the number and to block it.  I called the number back and they answered "Bell Mobility" and started asking me questions about my internet...

Got a call from this number claiming to be service Canada and that my SIN had been linked to “illegal activity”. It’s obviously a scam as SC contacts you by mail or through your secure online account.

Yeah, this # has been calling a lot. Always, asking to talk to my dad. His name is on the landline account. Long story short, he doesn't even have Bell Mobility or any other cell. I have a pay as you go phone, different name, with Virgin. Somehow, they connected the two numbers and now I receive one spam/scam call after another. I've had the same cell # for many years and never got a single spam/scam call till recently. Thanks, Virgin Mobile, for selling to Bell! Thanks for selling us out and thanks Bell, for giving/selling my # to all these scammers/spammers. Otherwise, why would I be getting all these calls all of a sudden? Btw, neither bill is behind payment. Also, I catagorised the call type as telemarketer but I've never had the chance to find out because it cuts out every time. When I called the # back, it went to Bell Mobility, receivables. Could be several departments using the same# but it's definitely Bell. Too bad I just bought a $100 card for my cell. Just hours before I found out that Virgin was no longer my provider.

Hah, same here. Virgin prepaid! Turns out that Virgin Mobile is now owned by Bell!! Don't know what they want because the call always cuts out!

I have had this # on my ph. display for several days, and I am not a Bell customer, but rather Telus (I dont like them either, rip off artists), so no idea why they call me.
